  I had an expertly resolved experience with Justice Tax. Their representatives , Laura and Heather were always available to address my inquiries and completely explain the process step by step. They even financed my fee with a discount if it was paid within a calendar year. I would absolutely recommend their services to others who have federal and state tax issues.

  Unfortunately there's no place for zero Stars. I subscribe to this company in December of 2022 it is now almost July of 2023 and they have done absolutely nothing other than pocket $3,500. I provided all of the information they requested in a timely manner, and then of course they switch my caseworker and of course all of the information I provided 1099s etc were lost I had to send them again. Keep in mind this was 4 months after they told me it was very urgent that I get them their money because tax season was coming up in the IRS would become more aggressive and I needed to file my back tax returns. It is June 27th and I called today and my so-called caseworker said that she needs to call the filing department to see when my back taxes would be filed this was supposed to have been done 6 months ago. In other words they've done absolutely nothing. I repeat, nothing for my $3,500. The scam artist up front, the salesman, makes a very good presentation. This is nothing but a cheap used car organization who will do nothing but rip you off. I'm not a complainer under normal circumstances but yes I am frustrated because I got taken. I got taken 100%. Steer way way clear of these guys. They are villains. You will be ripped off. Ignore any good reviews for them, including bbb as my research has shown they are falsely placed and adulterated. Please spread the word. These people should be in prison.

  This company is a scam. They collected my personal information and tried to apply for $10,000 loan under my name without my knowledge. Thank God the bank Lending USA rejected their fraudulent loan application and notified me. Please, stay away from this company. I contacted them through email and phone , but did not get a response back or an answer why want to steal from me.

  I contacted justice tax last summer to find relief from dealing with the IRS. I already had an installment plan. I was tired of waiting and receiving mail from the IRS. I needed someone to take over my tax issues. Steven K*** promised me justice tax would find a cheaper installment plan, negotiate any fees, find ways to forgive some tax debt and review all the correspondence I had with the IRS to resolve the issues. Justice tax would take over and resolve the frustrating and exhaustive dealings with the IRS. I paid 205 per month for 2200. I was told I would not have to pay the monthly installment plan while my case was being negotiated. This was a flat out lie. The nightmare of justice tax began. I signed the paperwork releasing my power of attorney and documents . I did not hear from them again. They did complete 2021 and 2022 tax returns and this is all they did. It cost 2200.00 for two tax returns?????After having repeated tries to contact someone and explain the terms Steven K*** had given me and I always had to get very upset to get correspondence from my case manager Amy *****. I could not get in touch w gold star and when I asked Eiden about gold star she responded that it wouldn't do any good because they would send it to her. Everything I told Eiden that K*** told me was said to not be accurate. Eg. the attorneys did not review the correspondence with the IRS. I already had an installment plan when I started w justice tax. This is the only resolution Eiden always referred to. Several times I suggested I get a refund and forget justice tax but Eiden always had some sort of plan. First my case would be resolved in February then March then April and May...and still nothing happened. The only issues justice tax resolved for me were the two year tax returns. Eiden said there was no such thing as tax forgiveness yet I was told there was. I see it advertised all the time. Justice tax was a frustrating experience. I want a refund. A dishonest misrepresentation.

  they need to close them down for good was out over 3,000 bucks all paid upfront thats been a year ago still no results still getting letters from irs and state they will not contact me and i cant get in touch with them scam,

  I was more than lucky I came across Justice Tax. My dad had an issue with the IRS and he didn't have much time to fix it, and Heather B**** S***** with the team worked really hard to expedite the case. Me and my dad are extremely grateful for their hard work and patience with us. We were not so easy with them, we had so many questions and they were always able to answer them all. Once I was not so nice to Heather which I truly apologize for that, but Heather was very patient with me, kind, and understandable. Thank you Heather and Justice Tax for your hard work, professionalism, and dedication.

  Their initial agreement is vague. If you want something specific have it added to your contract. I hired them to do a negotiation of a state tax and they did not do that. I ended up getting the state tax information myself and when asked to be reimbursed for any portion of the penalty and interest because they're lack of professionalism, I was told something different.
  Be warned if you are looking for an offer and compromise, as they put it, please make sure you get exactly what you want in writing. A year later I have paid them their full fee and now I have additional penalties and interest to pay. I hired them with the understanding that they were going to negotiate the debt for the state withholding. I found out a month ago that their personnel has worked with this State and knew that the State DOES NOT negotiate the debt down. If I had known that they could not do an offer and compromise, or in my words a negotiation, then I would never have hired them and paid their fees.
  Very disappointed.
