      I wish that I could do separate reviews for the different parts of the service but I cannot so I averaged it out to capture the not so wonderful parts too. So 1 star for the method of introduction. It was misleading and sneaky. I thought I was talking with someone from the city just doing water testing in the area. I didn't realize I being setup for a sell until they were persistent about giving us a 45min presentation about my water quality. NO BUENO! 5 Stars for the presentation. Even though I was livid that I got suckered into a sales pitch, AJ was every bit of professional, seemed be extremely knowledgeable and receptive to the voice of the customer (us). We made a plan to get him out of the house as soon as possible but mid pitch we were actually listening and hooked SMH! 3 stars for the installer. He came in and was not really receptive to the someone is working from home notice. But great install nonetheless. He did not do ************* system review as AJ stated he would and he left a ton of huge boxes in my driveway after I went in the house. The boxes were not there when I walked him out. My soaps and stuff were just stacked up near other boxes and not addressed at all. So I wasn't happy about how we got setup for greatness with one and then blah with another. 5 stars for Faridah the follow up person. She was amazing. Explained everything and made sure to do a thorough walk thru of the system with me unlike install guy. We have been using our system for about 3 months now and yes Yes, YES!! We are happy with our purchas. There is a difference and you will taste it when you are not home lol. Thanks again for tricking us into doing that water sample.

And I agree, both ************ are fantastic at their jobs. Thank you for your kind words about them both, they are great employees! I appreciate the feedback on the installer, sounds like he did a great install but fell short in explaining the ************** products. We certainly will discuss this with him as a way to improve his performance. I am a little at a loss about the deception you felt happened at the initial meeting. Our canvassers wear a company uniform with our company name on it, a photo ID badge with their name & company name, we leave with every appointment a flyer that has a picture of our headquarters, it clearly explains we are a private company offering the water test, and we even offer a gift card with cash value to participate. The appointment card even states we are not the city, county, or state. The canvasser that approached your home ******** was a new employee at the time, maybe the appointment card was not left with you? Regardless, I apologize for any misunderstanding. It certainly was not our intent to purposely mislead you. To summarize, glad we were able to help your family with improving your water quality. The system will provide benefits for years to come. If we can ever be of service, just give us a call! Thanks for your feedback.

      Since having this system I have noticed the clarity in my water along with showering and when it comes to washing the dishes. I would stand behind this system and would recommend it to friends and/or family.

      UDI was an amazing company to work with. The salesman who came in was thorough, kind, and very clearly knew his information. The things we were shown about our water was shocking and informative.We decided to move forward with the water system and installation was there the next mornin. It was quick and the installer was fast and friendly.Since the system was installed, my hair is so much softer, healthier, and I no longer need conditioner! My family drinks more water and it tastes *****. We use less soap and coffee because the water quality is amazing. We don't have any regrets paying for this system, and I can't think of any reason why anyone would. It is life changing!

      All of the individuals I have interacted with so far were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Installation was very thorough and both the installer and follow up ********************* explained exactly how everything worked. The difference in the water is night and day. Prior to installation we wouldn't even drink the water from our refrigerator, since installation we haven't had to buy any bottle water.
