      **** showed up and was very polite. He explained everything so well to use. That man could sell you a broken down car if he good that's how good he was. The install went great. ********************* was also great. She explained everything to use again to refresh our memory on everything which was great. She was very polite and loved the dogs. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

      UDI was very friendly when coming into my home and ran their tests. With lies and deceit however, we were sold a $6800 water softener worth around $2,500. Which unfortunately is on me, but is a shady business tactic. During the install, the technician left our outside water spigot running for 12+ hours until I returned home from work and turned it off. We were also promised a spigot for our kitchen that matched the rest of our fixtures, 6 months after install we have yet to even receive a call about the spigot.

Comparing *he sys*em you have in your home *o a $2500 sof*ener is akin *o comparing a je* airplane *o a Cessna. We could use plas*ic valves ins*ead of s*ainless s*eel, offer one func*ion vs mul*i func*ions, elimina*e *he environmen*ally safe pure soap produc* package *ha* li*erally saves *housands of dollars, work ou* of mini warehouses and close shop in a few years like many of our compe*i*ors, offer a 3 *o 5 year warran*y (if you can even ge* service af*er *he sale) ins*ead of a Life*ime warran*y, e*c. e*c. I recen*ly spoke *o a cus*omer in Cen*ral ******* *ha* has had our sys*em for 34 years. O*her *han normal annual main*enance, she has never had a service call in all *his *ime. Before buying our sys*em, she had replaced 2 cheap sof*eners in less *han ********************************************************************** one high quali*y sys*em *ha* will provide service for years, ra*her buying inexpensive sys*ems *ha* don * do a comple*e job over and over again. As always, we s*and ready *o service your equipmen* and *o provide you wi*h clean sof* wa*er.       Got rid of the smell coming from my shower, had a few issues with installation but it was fixed. As of now, no complaints. Certainly gives me a peace of mind.
