      I used this business for the past 6 years to replace springs on my garage door and then replace the garage door opener itself. When the spring broke again after a few years I called to ask them to fix it and they told me that they do not have a warranty for more than a year. Clearly on my receipt is a 10 year warranty on the springs and 3 year warranty on the opener. They refused to honor this and told me that they would then just charge me for labor. When I continued to explain that I have the receipts, they still refused to honor their own warranty. I called another company who came out and helped us get the garage door open and then reviewed the current situation and explained that the previous work was done horribly incorrect thus the reason we are having issues. Knowing that this might be a sales ploy, I confirmed their findings with another reputable company and the same results. So not only did the Garage Door guys refuse to honor their warranty, but the work they did caused the issues that I am having. In dealing with the co-owner **** (he would not provide his last name when I asked) he was overly rude and hostile when I was explaining the issues. The website for Garage Door guys says service in one hour or less which is not true. We had to call another company to help us get the door open. The Garage Door Guy company is so shady and not at all quality service. Avoid using this company at all costs. It cost me about $1,200 for their poor work & products and a whole lot of bad attitude.

      The owner of the company agreed to perform a garage door repair and required payment of $500 up front. Payment was made via credit card and job was scheduled. Called back to confirm appointment date/time and owner stated he needed pictures of the interior before he could come out to fix the door and could not confirm the appointment. I expressed my concern about the delay and needing to look for another company and the owner become very unprofessional, raised his voice and told me I should. I requested my money back and he stated deposited are non refundable. I did not place a deposit, I paid for a repair which didnt happen.Im requesting an apology from the owner and my money back.
