DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! In 2018 I purchased 2 garage springs from them for the sole reason that they assured me they had a LIFETIME warranty with free installs. I paid $185 (which was slightly expensive at the time) but assumed it was a good deal since springs break.Fast forward to 2023 and 1 of my springs broke. Called and spoke to the owner on the phone (but I didn't mention the lifetime warranty based on other negative reviews concerning warranty service). They sent a technician who saw my receipt that says LIFETIME on it and said he can't honor that because "the economy right now and the price of springs is too expensive". When I complained he called his boss (the owner). The owner said to charge me a service fee of $185.00 to put in 1 spring. I complained and said they were not honoring their contract. I asked to speak to the owner on the phone and the technician told me to call him on my phone when he had him on his phone right in front of me. I tried to call 1 minute later and, guess what, no answer now that he knew my number and why I was calling. When I said I was contacting the BBB the technician called his boss again and then left.I called several other garage door companies in the area for a price to replace 1 spring. Guess what.......ALL OF THEM WERE CHEAPER THAN $185.00 and NONE OF THEM had a service fee more than $49.00.BUYER BEWARE - like many other reviews here I will be contacting the BBB and reporting them. Read the negative reviews, this is a pattern with this company.

The initial service was ok and my garage was fixed after spending $900 for everything. A month later the door is back in the same position it was before the repair, completely offtrack. I called this company at 730 pm on **** and was told they would call me back. I never received a call. I called them back on 07/07 at 8am and was told that if I could not provide a receipt they dont know what service was done. I advised that I had by bank statement with the charge from them and was advised that was not sufficient and not their problem. This rating is for customer service and follow-through- Which they were lacking in both.

I called to have a broken spring replaced from a lifetime warranty I had with this company. They wanted to charge $125.00 labor when last year they charged $100. for the labor since the springs are suppose to be free. The tech should have replaced both springs last year but said only 1 was bad. Now the 1 that was not replaced broke and they want to charge more for labor when they both should have been replaced last year to avoid another labor charge.I told ************ was not pleased that this labor charge was increasing and he told me to call back to speak with ***** about the charge. ***** is not answering my calls or returning my messages. It is apparent that they dont stand by and honor their contracts and do not want to conduct business in a professional manner. Anyone doing business with this company should proceed with caution and watch out for the sneaky practices. I will pursue them in court since they dont have the decency to return my calls.
