From August 6th of 2023 until January of ****, I have not been returned my Motorcycle in the condition it was brought in ... Over the course of roughly 6 months i've been lied to twice about my Bike being repaired and was not, 4 mechanics later working who could not stop it from leaking oil that was not leaking when i brought in because it was brought in for was an shifting issue with 3rd gear that i was told it was actually needed the clutch fork replacement a mere two hours after bringing in on August 6th , but needed several months to REPAIR? There is Damage to my bike that was done before August 6th 2023 ... which leads me to believe my bike was used as test bike for a similar version that was not initially at that location the first few months my bike was there. The hand gear shifter is broke, foot shifter is bent under the bike and the mirrors had to be put back on???? and again they say its finish for pickup

I purchased a brand new 2022 scooter June of 2022. I financed through another company (***********), and paid roughly $2,700 in total for it (early buyout). After numerous issues with the scooter and being in the shop for months, I was told there was nothing they could do to fix it, that the temporary repairs they kept doing are the best I'm going to get, and I'm better off just selling it to someone else so it'll be their problem...

I was hesitant to do this but ended up doing so anyways. Then I find out, after striking a deal with a buyer on ******** Marketplace (for a price far less than I paid for the scooter), that as we get to the *** it's still got a lien on it... from Solano Cycles. The scooter was paid off September 16th of 2022, it is now February 9th of 2023 and the lien is still on it.

I contacted Solano Cycles who told me it was ***********'s fault (the company I financed with). Then *********** told me it was Solano's fault since they are the ones who have their name on the lien. It took me several days to get this issue resolved, being treated like an inconvenience from Solano and even having to drive up there, taking time off work, to show them the paperwork where they screwed up.

Finally yesterday *********** informs me that they've resolved the issue with Solano and the lien should be released any day now. I'm still trying to coordinate time off work to meet with this guy at the *** to finalize this sale, and the lien has still not been officially released.

To summarize, I was sold a broken product (one the salesperson knew had a history of breaking from a previous purchase and did not inform me), then encouraged to sell it off to someone else. I was then informed that despite having it paid off for months, they still had a lien on it due to incompetency in their paperwork.

Many other people have complained about this store, and they need to be investigated for the way they do business.

I would like to be contacted by either ownership or management at the very least, speaking to the store employees does nothing. Compensation or a refund would be fantastic, but I do not expect that from them.
