    BUYER BEWARE - Started off great and went down hill from there. I went in to the ********* location on a Saturday morning and spent 2 hours in the store really looking for the perfect fit with my daughter. We found a perfect match and bought the moped with a pick up for Tuesday. We rented a u-haul to pick it up as we live in ********, $150 for a half day. We get there and the moped was still on the show floor as it was Saturday morning when we left. They did not even touch the moped until we got there! We went ahead and purchased a helmet while waiting. We waited around for 2 hours and the moped was still not ready! They took an entire hour before they informed us there was something wrong with it. I had to return the u-haul by a certain time so I left. We never received a call that day to let us know anything about the moped. We got a call the following day, Wednesday about how the moped was still not working but they were taking a part off another like model to fix the problem and they were going to personally bring it to me. I was reasonable and appreciated the fact that they were trying to make it right. Then 20 minutes before the close of business, they backed out on delivering it to me. At this point, I asked for a refund. This was just too much and completely unorganized of a place. I also looked at the reviews (something I should have done prior!!) and realized even if we did go through with this, if something was to go wrong and we HAD to deal with them again for the warranty, it would be one headache after another. We were waiting on someone to call us to let us know the refund was being processed and NOTHING! At this point they were screening our calls and not answering the phone. SATURDAY, an entire week since purchase! I had to call the *********** location and explain to that lady what was going on and she finally made it happen. She called me back within ***************************************************** a few hours later.

    My scooter was stalling out after a few minutes and we determined it was the carburetor. I called Solano and they came and got it the same day. They charged me $120.00. I asked them for a receipt and **** said she would email me one (I never received one). After two weeks, I called to get a status report and **** told they hadn't started work on it and I was next in line. Two weeks later, I called and was told the same thing. Another two weeks went by and **** said "We like to take our time, to get things right". I said that only hold water once you actually start working on it.! I was told they were ordering the part and were waiting on it. The next week I called and she told me they had not ordered the part! I started leaving messages for the owner, ******, to call me back. I have left at least ten requests for him to call, without ever hearing back from him. Finally, after almost three months, I told them I was coming down to pick it up. They still had not ordered the new carburetor! So I had to rent a U-Haul trailer and drive down to Jax Beach from **************** to get it. $200.00+ and almost three months and I got my non-working scooter back. My advice is AVOID SOLANO CYCLE AT ALLL COST. TERRIBLE / NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I took my scooter (a ****** to them for repairs. It's been 3 months and they still haven't fixed it. The first few weeks their excuse was that they didn't have a mechanic. Then they hired one who seemed to be working on the problem but was unable to solve it. The scooter was then sent to their shop in *********** where there was supposedly at "master" mechanic who would be looking at it. Well, it's been 3 (three) months now and it still isn't fixed. I have called the ********* location several times to get a status update. My call is forwarded to *********** (at least that is what they say) and no one answers the phone. I leave a message and request a call back to give me a status update and no one ever calls back.
