I am *********************** and I write because of the poor services of FPL. I bought an ** with FPL a year ago. I request maintenance before the year. Also, a bought a ******************* I call for the *********** that supposes to be before the year. However, they charge for the first tune-up. I called on July 23rd for services with *************************. The customer services commented that on Sunday it will cost me $100 and ***** cannot come. I said why I have to pay if I had a services plan. Also, I prefer ***** because of his good service. The *** set an appointment on Monday 5-7 because that was the only time available for *****. On Monday at 5 pm, I called FPL. *** said that is not ***** who will come and she argue because who did the appointment didn't write his name. I gently accepted. However, everything starts getting worse. The *** ************************* said that the technician ***** Burchitschon was late. He was not only late (7:30 pm). Furthermore, he was highly unprofessional. He ask for a ladder as well for the ** drained. In addition, it will be a charge of $39 plus other charges. I couldn't believe it!. I call to *** ******** and she said that the company policy charges for the services. No matter what I explained about the time of the new ** (which should work perfectly) and *********** services pay purchased. She contacts the *** manager and she denied authorization for the services. ******** expressed that only one person is the ** manager can and will take 74 hours. Summer 100 grade with no ** since 23rd and wait 5 days just to speak with Manager. I expect to FPL fix the problem and replace that tuneup that was an inappropriate te charge. I am wondering if is this the standard practice for a company such as FPL.
