      Initial Claim prior to opening boxes.This claim is only for missing boxes.May file separate claim for damages after boxes are open.During the pick up of my belongings at *********************, several items were not boxed and placed on the truck. I asked why they did not box the items. He said a lock was going to be placed on the truck and the trailer would not be opened until arrival in *****. The trailer would be attached to another truck. Upon arrival in *****, my belongings arrived on a separate truck. They had been removed from the locked trailer and placed on another truck. I have no idea of all of my belongings were transferred to the second truck. I ***** had told me the blankets would remain on the furniture while in storage. When the crew started to remove the blankets in *****, I was told I had to pay an additional $300.00 in storage.In addition, heavy boxes were placed on my white couch which they had standing on the end. I will check to see if the couch is damage. The king ******** cover was ripped as well. I have called ***** several times. She has not been cooperative. She said they had one of my boxes. I kept asking for the number on the box. She never responded. I then spoke to an operation manager who said he would check into the matter Friday September 16. He did not respond either. I do not know his name. I called September 19, 2022, 9:35 a.m. to ****** I asked who the operational manager was who was working Friday. He said he did not know. He said he would check into the matter. At 9:59 a.m., I received a call from a female that said Greek Moving Storage had one of my boxes. She said she would call me with a delivery date. As of 9/22/2022 at 8:16 p.m., I have not heard from the female. I am missing four boxes. I specifically chose your company which had a quote substantially more than other companies because of the ads on the T.V promising professional service. Unfortunately, that was not the case,

      Wow what a great experience. I had a set of furniture moving to my daughters house. This team ************************** and ****** were the best. So professional, carefully wrapped each piece, moved quickly and even helped me move another piece. Very neat, arrived a few minutes early. I love these guys. We have a larger move coming soon and specifically requested this team for that move too. Very highly recommend Good Greek and especially this team!!!

      We were moving from ** to Ky. They were a day late picking up kept promising they would be there on Sunday didn't make it until Monday. Didn't bring any tools to take down beds ect. They were suppose to deliver our stuff on a Thursday kept saying they would definitely would be there, I told them my dad went to the hospital that morning and I wanted to go to the hospital if they weren't coming today let me know. Late that night they said it would be 8am on Friday. Didn't show up at 8am said they were on their way. Couple of hours later I called they said they were standing inside my house. I told them they were not at my house I don't know whose house they are in but it is not mine. Come to find out they were in the wrong city. When they did finally show up they opened the truck door and a desk fell out of the truck and broke. There were several other things messed up and missing. They didn't pay for the broken desk or item that were messed up or lost. They did refund money for rent and for staying extra day and hotel rooms.

      We are a retail boutique and hired Good Greek to move us less than a block away from our previous location. When we scheduled the move we were ensured that the "A" team would be packing us up (we carry gifts and home decor with lots of breakables). We signed up for the super hero package which insured damages up to $10,000. The movers all had a good attitude however none of them spoke English (total 6 guys) - only the supervisor who showed up at the end of the day spoke English. We did have to move some of the boxes twice due to construction delays, we found up to $15,000 in damaged merchandise. Non-breakable items such as resin planters were boxed alone and with gross amounts of packing materials. However, breakables that were specifically stated as 'delicate' such as ******* vases and live ***** accessories were crammed into a box with a glass lamp with minimal packing - everything was documented with photos and a full list of pricing. When we filed the claim with all documentation including images, we did not hear back from ************************* for weeks. Our phone calls went answered. After sending several follow up emails (and having the owner call/email as well), ***** responded that they would only reimburse us for only $1000, in good faith. This was a joke considering one of the moving guys dropped a marble drinks table and watched it roll down the sidewalk. Several further attempts to reach ***** were ignored. Our best guess is that they did not want to turn this into their own insurance as a claim. After leaving a yelp review the company got back in touch and wanted to review the claim and try to make things right however it was communicated to us they it didn't look like we had the superhero plan which the invoices were provided and we were clearly charged for the plan. When they resent the determination letter it was dated as the original one back in February and signed by **** who no longer works for the company. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.

      A word to the wise. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I was charged over $4,500 to move a one bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment from **************, to *****, *******. I wanted my belongings stored for one month. They quoted me on the phone (forget about trying to get a written quote), $150.00 to store my belongings for a month. The representative told me they would have no trouble accomodating my storage since their vault could hold a three bedroom, two bathroom home. The actual storage cost was $1,200.00. I was told they needed to use 9 and a half rooms. During the process of moving me out and then moving me into my new place, they damaged the building elevator each time. I paid for the repair of the move out elevator cause they did not respond to requests from the building. For the move in elevator I had the management company send them a **** for the elevator repair ($400.00) and they are just ignoring it.As if this was not enough they damaged my leather couch by jamming it into the elevator (which also damaged the elevator), they destroyed one of my night tables and in the process of taking my bed apart, they bent the framing. I had to go out and purchase a new one.I did not file a claim for these damages because in reading the reviews from other clients, it became apparent they will never make good on any claim.They operate in a very protected environment. The amounts they cheat people out are small enough so that hiring a lawyer and going to court would be too expensive to persue.Another little trick they pull is they take your credit card under the guise of taking a small deposit for the job and once they have it they charge it as they please. My final **** was paid via my credit card, by them, two weeks before my actual move in date. Pretty slick, since they happen to have all your belongings and there is little one could do.

      I scheduled my appointment for 11am at 11:13 I got a call from the rep to tell me he was running 45 minutes late, understandable I get it, things happen. I sat here until 12:30 and he never showed, if I can't trust a moving company with my tike how can I trust them with my belongings? Surely time is worth more than possessions and it should be respected as such.
