      I purchased a car and was told vsc would be my financing company after paying my car for 3 years due to Covid I lost my job, the car was repo in the middle of the night!! They refused to give me repo paperwork turned around and sold the car on their new car lot ride4u in Ft. **********. ( the same owners of VSC) The problem is they sold the car but for some reason the car was never taken off my name! The car was abandoned in ft ****** and was towed! Now the towing company wants me to pay for towing and storage fees! The towing company notified the dmv and put a lean on for any new registration in my name. if I do not pay the tow and storage fee! I have called emailed and absolutely NO ONE will help me!!!!!!

      I have paid Vehicle Solutions Finance so much money, I'm not even sure how much exactly. But the last time that I tried to make a payment to them, was January 2023. They suddenly just disappeared, stopped answering the phones, website disappeared, just VANISHED! The car that I was financing through them, has recently been towed. I now need that car title so that I can get paid for my car, and have had ZERO luck with getting it, because they still have the lien on my car from 2020. I am seriously in need of so much help with this. The insurance adjuster and I have been trying to get in contact with VSF for over a month now, and still nothing. Ive also went to their ********* ***** location and it looks like they have closed that down now. I have no idea on what to do and I just really need some help.

      I am deeply concerned about the recent revelation that my nonpublic information has been shared with three bureaus, leading to inaccurate information on my report. This breach of privacy has not only caused financial turmoil but immense emotional distress.I want to highlight the rights protected under 15 USC **** Section 602, ensuring my privacy. Additionally, 15 USC **** Section 604 A Section 2 explicitly states that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions, which hasn't been obtained in this case.Moreover, under 15 USC **** B, a creditor is prohibited from treating any payment on a credit card account as late for any purpose. The account number in question, *******, must adhere to these regulations.I urge immediate action to rectify these inaccuracies and ensure my information is handled in accordance with the law. Failure to do so may necessitate further steps to protect my rights.

      I purchased Auto Repair Protection plan 6/30/22 from VSFC, paid 4 payments, missed 2 payments but continued to pay them to present. Went to use warranty and was told I was cancelled as of 2/2023. I was paying through online banking. Asked for a refund of the payments made after they cancelled me, they told me they have no record of payments since November. They did not notify me of cacellation. My bank is working on this. Not sure what to do. Want people aware. I have 7 checks sent that were cashed and signed by same person. Just want a refund.

      I purchase a vehicle 1/19/2018 from ****** Services 2013 ******* Tucson *********# ***************** and now the finance company Vehicle Solutions Corp they told me that I will received my title in the mail.Now one year has past and a Ill no ******.My license keep getting suspended because I still have to pay insurance in ******* when I move to ***** 5 years ago.Now they are refusing to send me my ****** I have pay off this car and one year has past and no title and they have not clear me in the ********** of ***** Vehichle Now they are refusing my calls and I dont know what to do

      The car was return on due date, so their shouldn't be a balance owed at all, the car was also returned in far better condition then its was received. On my credit report its marked as collection, that shouldn't be. This company doesn't very bad business repo's for turn around sells.

      I had a vehicle 2014 Kia ****** financed thru this company and wasnt able to reach cmpny as of feb 2023 to make payment. This company never sent payment update to credit report. The credit report says 2711$ still owed but I was told by manager that i only 2100$ left. I eventually traded vehicle in 2/16/23 and was told that VSC should refund me the difference of the overpayment from my trade in since new dealership paid off my loan and havent heard anything from VSC and need a response and to be refunded. Their website has been down since before January 2023 and there is no way to contact anyone.

      This company has been reporting late payments on a vehicle that has been paid in full for over 5 years ! I have tried calling the company several times and nobody answers. This has bred dramatically effecting my credit report and is a violation of my consumer rights !

      I have been trying to dispute an inaccuracy on my credit report with Vehicle Solutions, and have been unsuccessful in doing so. The phone number is disconnected, and the website says "suspended". I do not know what to do about this dilemma. The vehicle we purchased was a lemon.

      I purchased a vehicle that happened to have the loan and gap insurance through vehicle solutions. Last year in March I got into an accident where the car was deemed a total loss. I was not at fault. My insurance sent out two checks that summed up around $12k and my gap insurance paid off the rest. After that the loan was removed from my credit because it was paid off. Now three months later the loan has reappeared however it is under collections I have called and they have no proof that any payments have been made because vehicle solutions sent my account to collections. I have been calling the office number and calling the owners personal number and I have not been able to get in contact with ANYONE! The collections company is saying I need proof of payment. I have proof for what my insurance paid but I do not have proof for the remainder $4k because thats through my loan. I need this removed from my credit! This is insane! Please do something before I get a lawyer involved.
