      I purchased my vehicle through a company here in ******, ***** in 2020 and Vehicle Solutions became the finance corp that I would pay my car note to. Since then, this company has closed down several locations changing phone numbers and becoming harder to reach each month. Now they have no ***** locations and I have to call to ******* where they are based to pay my car note. Although very frustrating, that is not my concern or complaint. My complaint is I called the number as I always do to pay and the young lady that answered the phone was in a car. She asked for my name and the last four of my social to "Verify" my account. She then informed me that their payment system is down and would call me right back. I have since reached out several times only to get no answer and the business number ************ is forwarded to a personal cell ************. If that is not weird enough the website vscorpfinance.com is no longer active. When you search it says the account has been suspended. I'm not understanding how a business can operate this way. I do not want to have any problems with my vehicle being towed/taken away because of your businesses inability to communicate what is going on. My account is up to date and I am not behind on any payments. What is going on?

      July 2021 I voluntarily has my vehicle reposed it is still on my credit report even though they have had the vehicle for more than a year

      I purchased a car from them and voluntarily gave it back due to work complications of covid and every month they're still charging my account and reporting to my credit. It also states that I still have the car when it was picked up by them 2 years ago.

States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1 681 Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions 15 ***********. (a)(5) Section States: no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years 15 U.S.C. ****8-2 (A)(1) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.They commited fraud and will not take my phone calls and get it removed from my credit accounts.

      This company keeps charging me a late payment since 04/2020! I told them to pick the vehicle up because it was smiling and about to catch a fire back then and they did.. but every month keeps charging me
