    In an environment where poor business practices seem routine, this organization takes it a step further - they steal from consumers.Contracted to perform a minor Lanai screen repair in July 2022, and paid for same at that time, this outfit has elected to not perform the service. After multiple contacts with the office in **************** and assurances from ***** (presumably the Manager) that the repair would be scheduled in the near term, we are now 5 months removed from payment and no service or update.Avoid these folks at all costs - the complete disregard for the meaning of a commercial contract and the obligations thereunder when you accept payment is beyond shameful. We really don't care how busy you are.
