1 starDid a preoder on 9/24/24 and no updates since then. Their website doesn't provide updates, their email and FB chatbots can't find my order by the order number they gave me, the order has the wrong size (XS...when I need an XL as I've never in my life fit into an XS anything!), and emails are not responded to. I had problems with them on a previous order, too, which they credited me for after several months.Very frustrated...I will not order from them again.Review fromMarcie P

1 starMy husband bought a pre order button up on September 2, *********************************************************************** take to fulfill and ship out. As the middle of October came and went with no communication from Park Candy, we reached out to inquire about the timing of the shirts. They gave a canned response of shirts being in the sorting and shipping stage with apologies for delays. We took it for what it was worth and gave them another month thinking we would get some kind of communication about where they were with the pre orders. We received nothing from them. We sent a second email, got the same canned response, and this is now end of November. By mid December I sent a third email which got no response from Park Candy. I finally sent out a fourth email at the end of January asking for an explanation of why we were not getting any updates and to please respond or offer a refund. I still have not heard anything back. It seems like a company would want to explain what the delay is and what to expect after 5 months have gone by. My husband and I are hoping for a refund at this point but its unclear if they will even respond to our direct communication with them now. We have received phone cases from Park Candy in a timely manner a couple years ago so we figured we were not going to have a problem with this order. I preordered a Master Gracy Mailbox bag on 4/23/2023 and have yet to receive the bag or communication via customer support. The bag was to be delivered in October in time for Halloween, I was so excited. September came around and I received an email stating there were issues with the bags being made. November, another issue due to sewing or fabrics. January, another delay. March-*** more issues on shipments. Here is in June, and I have sent email after email, used online chat, reached out through ********* Instagram, tiktok, literally any platform I can to talk to SOMEONE! This business is in *********, 45 minutes away from me. I will NOT be shopping or ordering from here again. At this point, they should refund EVERYONE that preordered bags, and shut their business down.Park Candy

I ordered an item on April 20,2023 with an expected delivery date before May 28, 2023. As of today May 5, 2024 I still haven't received the item. It has been one year and eighteen days since I placed the original order. The last time I asked for an update via their chat option, it took a month to get a response and the answer was to check their pre-order website. But that website just keeps updating to push the send date out further and further or simply says they are working on it. Last month it said the items would ship in May, but now (in May) it simply says they are "Shipping now! Please be patient as we navigate through these!" But I have received no update on my order. Meanwhile, on the website the same item is listed as "shipping now". Additionally, I see in item reviews that some people who ordered BEFORE I did, received their items as early as September 2023. And others who ordered AFTER I did, have received their items already.This item was purchased as a birthday gift for a friend and it seems very likely it will miss that birthday a second time.How to do better? 1) Communicate openly and frequently with your customers. 2) Prioritize sending items to customers who ordered earliest. 3) Don't avoid us. Answer emails and chats promptly, even if that means you have to hire more staff.Park Candy

Company no longer responding to emails. Never shipped item I ordered last spring in 2023. They won't respond in any fashion even on their chat site. They won't even ship shirts and sweatshirts that are IN STOCK that I ordered. They were in combination of something that was a pre-order. I can't get my money back. I feel robbed. I have never seen anything like this.Park Candy

In June of 2023 I placed an order for a handbag from this business. It was a pre order and was supposed to ship out in August of 2023. I understand that things happen but It is now March 27th 2024 and I have yet to receive this item. I keep checking their pre order update page and when it gets close to the ship window they change the date and push it out further. Today I checked and instead of the late February early March it is now changed to May 2024. Had I known when I placed this order I would be waiting almost a year for it I would not have ordered. There is little to no communication with this company and when you try to do the online chat its just a bot and not a real person. I am very disappointed in this experience and will not be ordering from them again. If my order does not ship in May I will be filing a formal complaint against this business. Im so glad they were able to post on social media about going to ****** instead of figuring out how to fulfill customer orders. This is not a good way to do business, and to top it all off you can still pre order the handbag that I have been waiting almost a year for.Park Candy

This company is the least professional I have ever dealt with. The first week of April 4, 2023 I ordered a purse for my daughter that was a preorder. It said it would ship end of April. Every month I would check to see if there was any new info, no info. ****** wrote them asking about the order. Thru avoided emails. Finally a response and said it's delayed and would ship July, then late July, then August, then late August, then September, then late September, October, late October, November, late November. This continues. The excuse is the same every time. When they finally "got a shipment in" which was supposed to cover all preorders through April 2023. When they actually shipped them out they changed it to All orders to March 2023. It is a month short of a year since it was ordered and their site again still says delayed. They take the money for the item but refuse to update and send like most of their preorders are always staying delayed. Beyond unprofessional plus the fact they take the money without having a true product arrival date is beyond sketchy and actually criminal. If they don't have the product on hand I advise not to order, or even just avoid this companyPark Candy

Horrible company. Never respond to email. Purchased a pre order and never received it. Continued to state the order hadn't come in and when I finally asked for a refund never received it. Would not recommend anyone else get scammedPark Candy
