      No stars. I was excited to bridge my Lpn to RN. The staff at achieve spoke very poor English making instructions difficult to understand. I am a 66 yr old nurse still trying to better myself. I was set up with Zoom classes, and had 2 classes before I was even onboarded due to their inadequate and uneducated staff. Therefore I was behind in homework and quizzes from the very start and was never able to get caught up. I have asked for a refund without success. I feel they took full advantage of my age and my finances, and feel due a full refund. They continue to hound me for more money!

Your onboarding was scheduled for April 10; however, you were not available when we tried to reach you, hence it was rescheduled for a later date.The cancellation policy is stated in the ****************** of the bridge plan you have signed.       I started with this program with high hopes to obtain my RN degree. I was told initially that I would be able to get it in 18 months and was eligible to attend *****************. When I looked into Excelsior, I was informed that I could not participate in their RN bridge program since I work in a physician's office and do not have direct patient care. I was then told that I could use the **** test that I had done at our local community college. This again was not true since I have finished my first year and redid all the classes that I was supposed to be able to use. My suggestion to anyone thinking about going through this program is to do your research, make sure that it is the right program for you, and that you will benefit from the money spent.
