      It was a comfort to be guided on how to navigate to my Prep Portals and other important stuff in preparation to my first course to take. I admit I'm not a tech-person but my adviser made it simple and easier for me.       ****** was wonderful today. He did an excellent job explaining all the features and resources, He walked me through every icon on the the Portal & answered all of my questions. I was registered for a class that would not fit my schedule well - he changed to a better timeslot in minutes. He alleviated my concerns for the College level Math too and had a solution for that too:) This will be a wonderful partnership, I' m sure!

      DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT SIGN UP. I was ready to leave a great review for achieve test prep. I even spoke with Will the one that's been helping on all the good reviews. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was no longer able to continue. I canceled in the 24hr period. I was reassured my money would get returned and second payment would not be charged. That did not happen. Although I canceled withing the contract time and after speaking to 4 different representatives. I was still charged 2 weeks later for second payment. Avoid the hassle. I'm putting 5 stars hoping people that see this review and not make same mistake I did.

      Trying to cancel my education with achieve as I have some personal issues that need to be tended too. Not only did I speak with ****** to try and cancel, he was rude, he was pushy and asked me in a very snarky attitude "what's your plan then when you leave achieve?" as if I'm doing something wrong by leaving achieve. They are also taking their payments from my SAVINGS account after I have asked multiple times for it to come out of my checking account. Nothing was ever done about it. Now they want me to pay 20% of the classes I didn't take ontop of the 2 classes I did take which they never explained that when you enroll either. Not pleased at all with the people they have chosen to work there.
