    I submitted a travel request in August 2022, for travel dates December 23-27, 2022. I called for confirmation in September and was told to wait until 60 days before travel. I called back in late October and did not get an answer. I called again November 7, 2022 and was told the hotel I wanted (Dreams- Sapphire) was completely booked and that I would get an email from the hotel within the hour with alternate locations. To date, I have not been able to get any information from the hotel nor this company. On November 9, 2022 I emailed [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and have left voicemail messages. To date, I have not received a response. We still don't know if we have a hotel for a trip to Mexico scheduled for next month.

    Guest owes resort fees, taxes, and holiday fee. can have vacation once pays amount. Email was sent still waiting for response for payment. NOTHING. See attache.

    A refund will be issued for the guest as well as her information being sent to all promotions and resorts we offer to blacklist guest.

    Luxury Diamond Resorts called at the right time when I was looking for all inclusive vacation.
    Sales Rep James A**** took my money right away and seemed very nice.
    Once off the phone the website was very weak very little information and the hotel options are not at all with James said - the are 3rd rate not at all what we would stay in anywhere on vacation. 3rd rate at best.
    I tried to cancel and have had zero luck. So I decided to try and book a room or use my account and there has been zero response to those attempts. This is clearly a take your money and run company. Their main phone number on their ldresorts.com does no even answer any more. The only way I finally was able to speak to someone there today was by looking at my bank statement, find that VIP Confirmations in Kissimmee Florida is the company who made the charge. When looking up that company I found an address and phone number that work - 877-227-7224.
    I would like my $400 plus $20,000 in damages immediately. I have wasted a LOT of time and effort in trying to find these frauds who should be in jail for fraud and thievery.

    Hello,

    We offered the guest a vacation and the guest never redeemed the vacation, a refund is normally issued if we are unable to fulfill the vacation package.

    The vacation is unable to be fulfilled if the guest does not let us know when or where. $20,000 in damages for vacations that only cost $400.00 for 3 of them is a flat out lie and we are not sure what damages could be in $20,000 worth of damages for a vacation that was never requested.

    We have since refunded since the offer of $400.00 and forwarded this information to our legal team.

    I asked for a refund from the company within weeks of realizing their properties are all third rate and will not work for us. They put me on hold for one hour or more a couple different times and then stopped answering their phone at all. I even tried to get the booking department to answer the phone again with zero response.
    This is a scam company with bad deals who takes money and never responds to refund requests. I have not received a refund and do expect a full refund asap.
