      I have 3 kids in the last visit i was told I needed to rent 2 strollers and lockers because of the no wagon stroller policy. My wagon stroller which fits up to 4 kids and all of the diaper bags and other personal items. my wagon stroller is literally half the size of Disney's rental double stroller. since i have 3 kids i was given a double stroller plus a single stroller for my youngest. I was then told i needed to rent locker(s) because 1 locker wasn't enough of my family needs . i have 3 kids under the age of 3 so you can imagine how many things I need to bring, not to mention it left no space to actually buy anything & if we did... get another locker. Its safe to say there is no magic left in this place my kids birthdays range from Dec31 - Jan 10th we were planning to make it a year birthday experience for all of them as a parent you think one & done. We just cancelled our next 2 trips the cost that we endured for a family of 5 for 3 parks + lockers + strollers. Being a florida resident & this "new way" of Disney left a sour taste in my mouth. guess we will be going to Bush Gardens or Universal for our future trips. OR what the cost of disney we can actually leave the state and go to Six Flags.

      The real Disney experience is gone! They're ruined it with the expense, long lines and now you have to have reservations for everything!! $10 for a beer? Disney staff used to be the happiest ever, now they're crabby and sour. I want to take my grandchildren to have the "Experience" but it's gone😡 Roy Disney would be heartbroken. We won't be back😢

      As a passholder I'm extremely disappointed and sad for what this place has turned into. The magic has been completely lost at the parks. Long wait times, overpriced, and lack of consistency and pride is apparent everywhere. Relaxed dress codes and employee appearance has turned many cast members looking disheveled and unshowered. On the other hand there are way too many entitled people around the park to really enjoy it much these days. And to top it off, the ones who come in and raid stores to hoard merchandise take the fun away from us who like collecting and enjoying disney merchandise.

      Absolutely horrible. Oversold, with long lines for everything. Mobile ordering is inadequate and over an hours wait to be seated at the pool cafe, where you are served with plastic cutlery. Pools are tiny and there is a frantic rush in the morning to find seats with shade. No airport shuttle or leis on arrival. We got stuck at Coral Crater adventure park as there is no transportation from the hotel. When I tried to share my concerns, the front desk "disconnected" me 5 times and when you finally reach staff, they say gee sorry and try to fob you off with a button or a free snorkel in a bathtub size pond. We declined and was still given waivers to sign. The Resort is a complete rip-off and beyond disappointing. It is so bad, that as I a life long Disney fan, I am completely turned off the entire Disney experience.

      Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the overall experience of Disney World! It began with incredibly rude security that immediately said that my stroller was a wagon that I purchased solely for this trip that would accommodate my two year old type one diabetic which I had previously called a Disney representative that said my stroller would be fine! My stroller had a seat and buckles and would allow my son to lay flat so we could give him his insulin injections. Disney workers immediately disregarded my requests to keep my stroller that carried all of my son's supplies and would allow him to have a comfortable and discrete way to administer his injections... the park took my stroller and gave us a stroller with no storage for his equipment and he would not be able to lay down and rest, which with diabetics the heat hugely impacts their blood sugars amongst everything else! I called other represantives while in the park to see if they could please give us back our stroller but instead they said it's policy and their is nothing they can do! They said to find a first aid center (which is located in the middle of the park) but when my son needs insulin he needs it quick! We had to lay him on park tables and over our knees in front of crowds of people and children which of course is embarrassing and I'm sure traumatizing to children watching my son scream will being stuck by needles on his buttocks! I know the park has plans in place for people with disabilities but there was nothing offered for diabetics and if there were, none of the 5 representatives not including security mentioned it! Our experience was completely ruined from the start! When my son needed to get his blood sugars up the lines for food were so long! The overall experience was awful, not once did we see and disney characters and at times it barely sprinkled in turn, lines to rides were shut down! We were there nine hours and during that time my kids rode 4 rides! Very discouraged all around!!

      I went to Magic Kingdom on 8/8/2022 and we went to eat, and I was holding two drinks and there was a lady sweeping. My bag accidentally dropped her sweeper then she just stared at me with wide eyes. I felt that it was unnecessary because I did not purposely dropped her sweeper & I apologized. Her name is Jenipher.
