      On October 18th my dad and I purchased a vehicule from this dealership with being very specific about him being a disabled vet and needing a hookup to use his wheel chair and carry it around. He also has issues getting in and out of the vehicule. We called them for help and they stated that we would have to purchase the parts and pay to get them installed and denied any further help. This is a injustice done to a disabled desert storm veteran and we are looking to get this corrected.

      I purchased a 2020 truck an they added a maintenance plan on the truck automatically an when I went to use the maintenance plan was not covered like was supposed to be I have contacted several times I even drove back to Florida to sign paperwork like I was told yet they still not not refunded anything or have even tried to fix the problem all together the maintenance plan costed 1800 an I used 300 in gas just to travel to Florida to sign the paperwork they said I had to sign there at the office so I'm trying to get the 2100 that's owed to me

      On 12-09-2023, Mr. ***** purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. While purchasing the ********** Mr. ***** also elected to purchase a maintenance contract with it. The amount he paid for the maintenance contract was $912.54, so I am unsure where he is coming up with $1800.00

       

      On 02-03-2024, Mr. ***** canceled the maintenance contract. As per company policy, when a consumer cancels any warranties or maintenance contracts and there is an active lien on the vehicle then the money for the refund is sent to the lien holder. Which in this case is

      I have attempted to contact Mr. ***** at the only number, ************* however that number has been disconnected.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was never given the option to get the maintenance plan he automatically put the maintenance plan he said he automatically put it on ever car he sales as far as the 1800 that's both maintenance plans together the tire plan and the oil changed as far as the number they have my new number I've spoken with them several times regarding this issue but yet my financial company ********* has not received any money back from them I've contacted them several times on the phone I even drove 13 hours back to lake city fl just to sign the paperwork they said I had to be there to sign in person he admitted to me that he automatically puts the maintenance plans on every vehicle he sales on top of the gap coverage he says they automatically puts them on every vehicle he sales at the time of sale I had no option on the maintenance plans I tried to use the maintenance plan one time an it only paid half the price for oil change an rotating the tires an the maintenance company told me it's because they sold to a different company I have a witness that was with me when I've talked to the company a few times plus she also came with me back to Florida so I could sign the paperwork they said I had to be there to sign im worried about if the gap coverage I have wont cover what it should bc the maintenance plan doesn't cover what it supposed to ive been in contact with them and several people there since January this year for them to say they have tried calling me is a straight lie because I have talked to them on the phone several times and ive contacted my financial company in regards to the money and they have not received anything from them 

      How he said he doesn't know where I get the $1800 from it's the two maintenance plans together it's the 912.54 plus the 887.46 that says aftermarkets which is tire maintenance the 912.54 maintenance is oil changes and the 887.46 is tire and wheel protection but yet they won't cover what they are supposed to

      On March 9th I went to Rountree Chevrolet of **** **** to explore their auto options and on this day I gave them my information including my SS# before they showed me “my options” in which I left without buying. On Saturday March 23rd, I returned to Rountree Chevrolet as they called for me to come back and try again. I sat at the table with salesman ** and he began asking for my info and I informed Mr. ** that I had previously been there approximately 2 weeks ago and they had already performed a hard inquiry on my credit and that they should not need to do another hard pull. Mr. ** agreed and proceeded to say that was correct it’s been within 30 days will don’t have to pull it again. After giving Mr. ** my basic info including employment ** went to the office and when he returned he stated that he just need to confirm my information and will not pull my credit but asked for my Social security number. Mr. ** left again while I’m sitting I got a notification on my phone that Rountree Moore had added another hard inquiry and after confronting the general manager “*****” he stated that they did not pull my credit. I left and went back that next Tuesday with documentation showing that they had indeed did a second hard pull from my credit… manager ****** also stated that they did not do a hard pull from my credit and the type of pull they did would not affect my credit while I’m standing there with documentation. I asked ****** to please contact the credit bureau and at least make it known that it was an error and ****** told me that I would have to contact the credit bureau and initiate the dispute but why would he tell me that if it was nothing to dispute? I contacted the Credit Bureau myself in which I was only able to dispute the oldest hard inquiry from March 9th! 6 points may not be a lot but to me it is! I never applied for any loans with them or made any deals! This is a violation of *** **** ****** ********* ***! I can only imagine what and who they’ve done it to

      I am rejecting this response because: I never gave consent for the dealership to pull my credit due to the fact that they had previously did a hard pull less than 30 in which the salesman said that they wouldn’t need to if it was less than 30 days and they asked for my social security and other info which I gave it to them because they stated that they wanted to verify my info, not pull my credit. At the time I had not looked at or decided on a vehicle so there also wasn’t a need to do a hard pull because there wasn’t a deal. The general Manager said that they didn’t do a hard pull and that it would not affect my credit score which was all false.

      sorry, that is not true, she gave her info to try and get approved on a vehicle and that's what we did. I am sorry we could not get the customer approved but we cannot control when the banks say that the customers credit is not acceptable for financing with the bank.

      I'm writing to you on a separate piece of paper that way you will get a full explanation of why I'm asking for help with this. I'm a 84 year old African American Female, I owned a 2019 Chevrolet Cruse with 32 thousand miles on it when I went to the Dealership with questions on how I could get a car off the ground. My Chevy was so low on the ground I had trouble getting in and out of it. I went to the Dealership because I got a advertisement a little before Xmas on how I could get a trade for my car 2023 Chevrolet for a car that was higher off the ground. I have both my knees replaced, and 3 back surgeries after a car accident in 1995. My Chevrolet only had 32 thousand miles on it at trade in. Before going to Roundtree Motors I went to the finance company that held the title on my car. I got the information I needed to make the trade. They gave me the information I would need from them to get payed the remainder of my Chevrolet which would have been $********* If I made the trade they would need a seven[7] day payout which I gave to Roundtree Motors, they agreeded after everthing was signed they didn't pay Campus on time which made me having to pay another months payment Roundtree promisted me a 45 days before my 1st payment was due. I asked for a 90 day but they told me they could only approve 45 days. They neve gave me no time [something like 20 days] before I had to make $*** dollar 1st payment I went back to them when I got the paperwork, was told I had already signedthe agreement and there was nothing I could do about it. I had told them I needed time the [90 day or 45 day] time to get the money to start making the payments. But they were very nasty to me. Anyway 2 days after I drove the car off the lot the engine light and some other light came on but I did't know what it was I took it back to them, they told me it would cost me $*** dollars for them to figure out what was wrong with it, but after fighting and threating each other they fixed whatever was wrong with it in the meantime I was not given a book with the car and was told they didn't have a explination on the book and it would cost to get it. I knew I was due a book explaining what all the lights and controls was about but couldn't get one unless I payed for one. I'm enclosing all the information I have about this car. I'm willing to take responsibility for not knowing how to exchange car I ask them 4 days to just give me my car back and was told that was not going to happen. The guy read my the contract because the writing was to small for me to see it but he never mentioned the 90 day or 45 days I asked for. I never would have signed the paperwork at that time he called me a liar and I returned the favor and told him he should be ashamed of himself for what he was during, I was giving him his keys back but was told the towing company woud bring it back to my house and I would have to pay anyway. I knew there was no way I should have been given that car but he told me all I needed was a [perfect credit score] I only have a low score but I thought with my car I could get a lower price and a car that was off the ground, he said don't worry you'll get the car sure enough after a couple of hours he told me you own a Cadalliac this was a scam from start to finish but I needed a car that was off the ground an I'm willing to pay for it but they shouldn't cause me all this trouble an money that I can't afford. But they wanted my car because of the shape it was in [perfect].

      i disagree with about 100% of what was said in the complaint. We lost a lot of money on that deal to get it done where she needed to be on it. she was told when the payment was due and just like she said she was told the bank would not do 90 days to first payment not us. Also no one at this dealership was ever anything but respectful to her.

      *** ******* is 90 years old and blind. He and I took his truck in to have codes read on it in more depth than what the parts supply store could provide. *** ******* was told the cost for such diagnostic exam would be $**** At the time of check out the balance was over $*** and absolutely no work was done on the vehicle due to them not knowing the cause of the problem. What ever happen to the honest man. There must be incentives for an up sale on any service. Nevertheless this was unacceptable. *** ******* refused to go home wanting to stay at the dealership with his vehicle. End of story is this I had to pay out of my pocket for the ticket just so I was able to take the 90 year old home out the heat. Shame on you people.

      no one paid $***. the customer had other mechanics work on it first so it took 5 hrs to dig around what they had done.we called and told the custamer that it would take more time than the one hour. so they approved more time.they came and said they are taking the truck.so we lost the other 4 hrs we spent on it and only charged one hour because they started claiming they did not approve the more time and it is on a recorded line.to keep them happy we only charged one hour

      I haven't seen any phone call from round tree More Chevrolet   they hang up the phone when I answer they only trying to keep on record when they call I couldn't keep  the new truck so the bank took it from me the old truck they sold it and Make like a 15,000 thousand dolla in just one day and I never received anything from them they don't even pay me noting or aplied to the new truck so now I don't have any transportation I have some disability so what you want me to do say thank for stealing my truck and my money those dealers are a liars and took advantage of other people's

      I drove from out of state to purchase a vehicle from Rountree-Moore Chevrolet on 3/25/2023. Upon seeing and inspecting the vehicle, **** (sales rep) and I noticed that there was one of two screws missing from the left side of the hitch tow cover. **** told me he would get it taken care of prior to me leaving with the vehicle. After the purchase of the vehicle was completed I was excited to get into my new vehicle and drive it back home. After I arrived home I noticed that the entire hitch tow cover was missing off the back side of my vehicle! It had obviously fallen off on the drive home. Unfortunately **** had not replaced the missing screw as he stated. I contacted **** to inform him & he insisted he would see what he could do about getting it replaced. I called a few days later to follow up and he said he would call me back, and he never did. Since then I’ve called several times, left a message, and sent him a text on 4/1/23 and again today on 4/12/23 and he still has not responded (and the message was marked as “read” so I know he saw it). I also contacted ******* who stated he would follow up with ****. As of today I haven’t heard from either regarding my missing tow cover. Nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I must say I am very disappointed & dissatisfied. This is bad service, bad business, and bad customer experience. A new tow cover will cost me $200 (wholesale online), or $400 (dealership), and an additional $250 to have it paint matched. I should not have to pay these expenses as this issue was realized PRIOR to purchase and I was assured it would be taken care of. Failure to provide a missing screw led to my entire tow cover to fall off. I am seeking assistance from the GM to replace the tow cover on this newly purchased vehicle.
      *Also, beware: the dealership will note the sales price of the vehicle for $5k more than advertised on contract. When asked, I was told the $5k mark up will be on all vehicles. It’s not something you can opt out of.

We first thought she had paid for one and it would be a refund but she had not had it done yet so i ordered the cover had it painted and overnighted it to her i thought that this issue was closed because i spoke to her and she was completely satisfied.

      I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet trailblazer back on 08/12/2022. This is now October 2022. I have yet to receive my tag or proper paperwork. I left with 0 paperwork the day I purchased. My finance guy ****** never went over the total finance charges with me. After 2 weeks and calling they finally email me and I see a total charge that I did not agree to. Now I’m having issues with the tag. It’s been well over the 30 days for them to file the paperwork. The tag office here in lowndes county Georgia has no record of anything. I’ve had to get 2 temporary tags now. When I call the dealership the give me the run around about covid. I’ve been in contact with the tag office down in Florida and they have also been having issues with this dealership. This is the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had.

      it was a out of state tag, and they take longer than instate tags, we have sent all paperwork to the DMV office, and we have been in contact with them to get the new tag done.
