      They are awesome, been using them for few years, friendly people on phones, then the technicians have been very nice, this guy other day can't remember name wow he really gave me details about what all he did. I was very impressed with him. Way to go Delaire. Thank you The Miller's

      We had our house built in 1998 and DEL-AIR A/C is the only air conditioning company that has installed and or serviced our AC system(s). They’re completely professional and trustworthy and their pricing seems right in line. I would not even think, at this point, of looking for AC needs anywhere else. Thank you DEL-AIR A/C !

      Wallace was my Del Air technician. He arrived promptly and serviced my AC. His attention to detail was very much appreciated, he was so professional and explained everything regarding the service. Excellent!! 5 Stars!!

      Due to our aging A/C system I had requested a more experienced tech be assigned this service call and we got it with Paul. We have an aging system but he took the time to explain what he found when diagnosing the leak we had, along with a few other issues he noticed - and he showed us evidence of- when working on it. He never once tried to up-sell us to a new system but quickly got us a sales call when I inquired about getting a quote.
      I will definitely use Del Air again and specifically request Paul.

      We have used Del-Air for nearly 10 years. They installed the system in our new home and have serviced it every year under a maintenance contract. Always professional and competent techs. Friendly office staff. Good pricing. You can't go wrong with them.

      Your technicians were a great team!! They did a thorough job. They were very professional and made some recommendations to upgrade our system. Thank you so much. They also advised that you are now covering electric and plumbing, which we are considering. They certainly represent Del Air well / top-notch.

      We had annual contract with Del-Air for 8 years and an extended warranty that they sold to us. One week after Ian hurricane, out AC went out. It functioned fine during hurricane--we have generator. We called Del-Air who informed us that they were not servicing our area! They did not recommend anyone else nor inform us to call the extended warranty company. We called another company who responded within 1 day and new AC within 3 days. Del-Air refused to pay any portion of the new AC.


       


      Follow-up to 12-8-22 review: Del-Air senior management -Marty-contacted me. He was very sorry about my experience and agreed to reimburse me for 2022 annual contract and the extended warranty.

      Del-Air is extremely sorry for the miss communication that our customer occurred. We have since spoken with our customer, reimbursed all charges immediately to make everything right. We are again extremely sorry for all in inconvenience that our customer was put through at the time, this is not the service we strive to deliver. Thank you to Mr. ***** for allowing us the opportunity to make everything right.
