On 8/23/2017 I signed a contract with Nuisance Wildlife Rangers to remove bats that were found roosting under the tiles on my roof (Account# ****, $1,597.00). The company performed the initial service but the bats quickly returned. Following their initial service, I entered into an ongoing quarterly maintenance agreement for $99/quarter. They continued to return quarterly for the next 5 YEARS and still failed to remove the bats. Their last visit was on 9/9/2022. They have not returned since. I did not cancel the quarterly service. I have left numerous phone messages with the company's answering service which have not been returned. The bat problem remains despite this company's guarantee to fix the problem. I have paid Nuisance Wildlife Rangers several thousand dollars and want them to return to finally to the job they guaranteed now 6 years ago.

I am rejecting this response because: the issue remains unresolved.  I will meet with an employee from Nuisance Wildlife Rangers at my home this Friday to review the problem and discuss potential solutions.  My complaint may or may not be resolved at that time depending upon the outcome of our discussion.

    Sincerely,

9/1/2023 **** Met at my home with *********************, Nuisance Wildlife Rangers (NWR) manager.  **** inspected the roof and found bat droppings present.  We agreed that NWR will send a technician on September 8 to seal all roof tiles on the dormer where the bats have been seen.  They will also install a temporary one-way valve allowing bats to escape but not re-enter.  I offered to pay for this work but **** chose to do it for no additional cost.  This will be a one-time service with no warranty.  *********** stopped doing quarterly service calls sometime in 2022 but I was never contacted and made aware of this.  There will be no further quarterly service.

******************* (technician) stopped by ************************* home for service on 9/8/2023. He performed the following "Stopped by the property today to check for bat activity while on the property. I believe I have found where the bats were gaining entry so I ended up installing a bat valve over that area. I also made sure there was no other potential holes on the tall peak in the back of the property. Thank you." We will provide a follow-up visit early next week. Thank You

On 9/18/23 ************************* removed the bat valve from the customer's roof in the back of the home. He detected no additional bats and made sure there were no other open tile gaps. Everything is complete and the home is bat free. We did not charge the customer any additional fees for the work and the customer is NOT covered under any warranty for bat re-entry. Thank You
