    I notified this company that I wished to terminate the monthly service because the rodent issue was resolved. I was surprised to see a late termination fee of $215 already posted to my cc on this account. I called and spoke to *********************, the manager/owner of this company to explain my thoughts about this unexpected fee. After discussing, he said this was standard and refused to reverse. I told him ok and that I would give him a review on social media. His conversation began to get extremely vulgar with the following comments heard within earshot of my wife:What are you going to do, write a Yelp review? I responded yes. He said Go ahead, noone but you old boomer co$&suckers liik at thise reviews and you old fu&$ers are dying off anyway. My wifes jaw, along with mine, dropped in amazement thinking we were talking ti a business owner. I told him his comments were totally out of line and that I wanted **** (great guy) to come to my property to collect the traps. He said, if you dont like it come to the office. Again, really? In a world of crazy people you would say that as a business owner?Summary. They ate lucky to have a good group of techs working for this terrible manager/owner. Do not use this company, very shady and unprofessional. It gets 1 star because zero is not an option.
