    Florida Licensed Engineers *** Extremely unprofessional. They claim to be engineers, but their actions say otherwise. After taking my money, they stopped responding to emails, texts, and phone calls. I'm now pursuing legal action along with five other customers who experienced the same issue. We're committed to holding them accountable and ensuring they lose their license so they can't do this to anyone else.

    My client hired this company and paid $650 dollars for a structural engineer study. The engineer came out to do the inspection. He called from a Los Angeles number? I was suspect and questioned the inspector about the number. He informed me he was in ******* and would do the inspection. Since the inspection was completed we have not heard back from the inspector. I have called the office several time and no one returns the call or picks up the phone. I also called the Los Angeles number and got a different company with similar voice mail recording. I left several voice mail messages and have not received any contact from either number. In the beginning of the process I did speak with one person who answered the phone and I heard her baby in the background crying? Not sure if she was working from home, She said she would reach out to the inspector and have him contact my customer back to answer questions he had emailed to the company about the service, but she has not responded back either. The inspectors name is ******* . We have not heard anything back from him and have not received the structural report back from him since he did the inspection. It's been a week since the inspection was completed. Very unprofessional company and unfortunately my customer has been scammed. He is unable to get his money back because he wired the funds from a ************* directly to there account,

    If we could leave 0 stars we would. This company will scam you. THEY ARE NOT BBB ACCREDITED ALTHOUGH THEIR WEBSITE CLAIMS THEY ARE - ********************************************************************************* We paid this company $758.70 in May, 2024 to secure their help and did not end up needing their services. Since May, 2024, we have been speaking to numerous employees (******* and ****** (whom answers their phones), who then referred me to ******** in their accounting department- Not one person returns a call or email. It is now August, 2024 and we have spent hours trying to get refunded the $758.70. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT BBB APPROVED AND WILL SCAM YOU.
