    We signed a contract with CHI, LLC (Conners Home Improvement) in Lakeland FL in Febraury 2022 and not all work has been completed! 4 exteriors, 24 windows, soffit & fascia work, and replace sliding glass doors. As of today, April 7, 2023 work had not been completed. We have gotten so many excuses! 2 of the 4 doors had to purchased at **** ***** b/c the custom made doors were a joke. We were told the windows been ordered and and an additional amount of money was paid, only to find out in October the windows were never ordered! This now is well over a year and we are seeking legal action against this company. There are so many things wrong about this company. I would not recommend CHI, LLC to anyone.

    CHI did a carport roof for me. Less than a year it leaked. Had someone out to fix it. Less than a month it leaked again. 7 months later I am still trying it get someone out to fix it again .Just getting more excuses.
