      After the purchase of an ** that was presented as a 2017 Coachmen Freelander. I became the victim of fraudulent, deceptive and unfair practices that are requiring me to seek legal action. I decided to support the local dealership in *********, *******. After numerous visit, I finally discovered a ** being sold on consignment. The salesman ********************* appeared shady acting like I was his best friend after taking another employee sell. That should have been my first warning. On March 18, 2022 I sign a purchase agreement with no warranties with a $5,000 non refundable deposit. I was told to return March 19, 2022 to complete the paperwork for the financing with *******************. I became very uncomfortable during this process because ******************* was unable to answer my questions about the contracts and wanted me to sign my signature but not date. I was presented a new purchase agreement and was told if I didn't purchase the warranties at a cost of $8,557.00 my loan would not be approve. I had a balance due of $12,500 with the addition of the warranties and other incidentals. It was my plan to get the heck out of there and cancel if I discovered any thing unethical with my documents. Upon leaving I was denied copies of my paperwork. I later discover ******* kept the payment for the warranties using it as a deposit because I was underwater. I was tricked with a altered ** trader ad and paid more than the ** was worth. After complaining to ***********, I received copies in 4 days instead of the next day as promised. I pick up my ** on May 5, 2022 and discovered on September 12, 2022 , I was driving a ** that Gerzenys had altered the year and vin on legal document because they made a mistake, Nobody bother to notify me. I was told and observed the staff did not work well with each other. After 7 months ofstaff ducking, dodging and lying, I was denied a new contract. Paper sent to the bank for the financing showed signs of fraudulent activities . A deceptive dealership
