I ordered a $40.00 gummies bottle. They said if I did not cancel within 7 or 10 days [it doesn't matter cause I did it right away so I wouldn't get stuck if they didn't work...AND THEY DON'T. Well. they sent 3 bottles and 3 drip liquid bottles. Before I checked my account that took $200 out. Then did it again. Worthless scamming outfit owes me that money back and they can stuff all their gummies in their gut. And wash it down with the drip juice. I want my $400.00 back and I thank the BBB if they can help. Thank God the BBB exists cause this scamming has got to end. Ripping people off who are in chronic pain is awful. I'm on a very tight budget and yes I ordered a $40.00 sample after the promises they made. Desperate people do stupid things because chronic pain is an awful way of life. I'm on a tight budget. This business should be shutdown right now and the people arrested and sentenced to burn in h*** forever. And bif I go there for wanting that at least I get to watch and ask them...HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOW. Eventually ***** will stop this c*** and shut em down. One more mess he has to clean-up. I saw an ad for Mounja Burn on the internet. I read through it, making sure there was a money back guarantee before I ordered, and there was. It said to return for any reason within 60 days, no questions asked, for a full refund. I proceeded to order the full recommended amount of Mounja burn-18 months worth on 1/14/25. Cost of $1620. I received a phone call 2 days later about ordering the 3 necessary supplements to go along with the Mounja burn, I purchased 6 months worth of each of the 3 on 1/16/25. $846. I took these products as told, but they hurt my stomach and made me feel shaky. So I called the number my representative ******* **** gave me: ************, I was told by ******* **** that I could call anytime Mon-fri, 9am to 5pm central time. So I called, I got a different representative, I explained how the meds were making me feel and I wanted to return them. This was sometime before 2/06/25 because that is the date I mailed everything back to them. This representative told me no problem , he would text me all the information I would need to make a return. I waited 2 days for that text and never received it. So, I called back and got a different representative again. I explained the situation, she gave me all the numbers I needed, order number etc. And told me she would try to text them to me as well. Her text never came thru either and we double checked the phone number twice. I had the info I needed however and thanked her. On 2/06/25 I mailed 4 used bottles plus all the unused bottles as instructed at 10:25am on 02/06/25 from the ****************** post office. Tracking number 9505 5146 0981 5037 6872 50. I was instructed to email customer service with the order, upgrade, phone call, and tracking numbers and I would get my refund in 5-7 days. It has been the run around ever since. I have emailed and they said they hadnt received it, now they want to know the exact number of bottles I returned. Theres been a few emails not answeredCustomer Answer

Nov 21, 2024 purchased two units (3 bottles ea) of Mounja Burn, a weight loss drop using my credit card. Once received I was unable to take the product and tried contacting the company via email to return. The website states a 60 day full refund money back guarantee. Jan 12th, 2025, finally spoke with a customer service *********** was told that i couldn't return the product and they tried to talk me into keeping it and giving me a discount. Told them no, I couldn't take the product and wanted to return. Then was told I would be charged a restocking fee. Finally received an RMA# and was told I had to have the product back by Jan 21st. I was also told to include a letter with the *** in the package. I also stated in the letter that I wanted a full refund and would not accept a restocking fee as per their website it states a full money back guarantee. Sent the package back on Jan 14th, next day via the **** and asked for it to be signed. The package was received by them on Jan 15th at 11:25am. I received a message asking me to send them a *** which was done via email a few days later. I have been waiting for my card to be refunded, which has not been to date and contacted them today, Feb 24 and was told I would not be getting a refund as I did not call them with the *** and since it is now past the original ******************************************************************************* the process of putting the funds on hold.Initial Complaint

On Dec 22, 2024 Customer ordered a product that was for the amount of 177. plus tax. His credit card was hit twice more for over 300. and customer did not approve this. Fraud complaint has been submitted through *******************. When ************* was contacted the person tried to do everything to deceive customer and was asked to refund the total amount of over ****** the customer service through card panda finally hung up on card panda.
