    This co.keeps sending Bites CB to me. *** returned the last package to them addressed return to sender. Today Feb.26-2024 I received another package of four bottles. I cant get a hold of this company at all.full adress is. Returns center .Returns ******. PO Box *****.******** **. 33804-0129.Ive ordered 4 bottles months ago. Now they just keep sending more I didnt order.Im not out any money for I ordered the first 4 bottles I dont want any more.

    I enrolled to receive CBD gummies which was advertised by Dr. ******************* to help reduce cholesterol. I paid for the gummies with my wifes credit card (*************************) in December 2023.We received 10 bottles of gummies, with the directions to take 1 gummy per day, and nowhere on the bottle does it say that this product helps to reduce cholesterol. Then this company sent us multiple bags of multiple bottles of these gummies (30 gummies per bottle). They continued to send us additional bags of these gummies, we actually received 3 bags of bottles during the month of February 2024. Two bags contained 10 bottles and the one we received yesterday contained 6 more bottles. Based on taking 1 gummy per day, this many bottles of this product would more than last me 26 months! Additionally, they continued to charge my wife $239.99 each time they shipped their products to us. When my wife contacted them by phone on Feb. 15, she got a voicemail message saying their voicemail box was full and was instantly disconnected. She phoned them again today after receiving yet another bag of gummies and the person she spoke with refused to allow us to return the unopened bag of gummies, she refused to give us a credit on our credit card, and she also refused my wifes request to talk to her supervisor, this persons name is *****, then she just hung up on my wife.

    I ordered **** drops on line from this advent med products company. The order was placed and I received 6 bottles of their product. Billed on January 5, 2024 costing $239.00 On Saturday February 10, 2024 I received another package of 6 bottle of keto products. Not even 1 month later! One bottle has a month worth of pills! I call the ************ phone number to return the keto drops since I have not finished the first bottle ( 1 of 6). The person on the phone said nothing they can do. No refunds! I was told the representative I did not order them! She said Im on automatic reorder! I never clicked on automatic purchase on the site! In fact I never saw it on the site! She did not care that I received 6 bottles in January already. She kept saying no refunds! I told her Id report the company to BBB and that I would call my ******************** She hung up on me. I did not get her name. I want to report them for unfair business practices. I should be due a full refund for this order as I did not place it. I am returning the 2nd package to the address on the package and will keep my postal receipt.At the advice of the ******************* I cancelled the card to prevent further issues with this company. I have not received my February CC statement yet. A dispute is on file.That card number ended in 2685.I hope you can help or prevent others from being duped.Sincerely,************************* ************

    On Feb.3 I attempted to pay my rent online and a popup came up in the middle of my transaction and I hit enter. I had problems getting back to my rent portal so I hand delivered my rent to the front office.Next thing I knew I received a package in the mail that I was unsure of because I hadn't (or at least I thought) ordered anything. I did not open the package. Later in the month I saw an unusual payment on my checking account statement and talked to my bank. They said they would do some research and then told me they would not give me my money back because they said this was a legitimate business and produced 20 pages of legaleze documentation.I checked on the BBB site and saw the complaints about this company and how people were getting scammed. The post office even attempted to send it back and it came right back to me. (no charge) I spoke to the postmaster and they wiped out the bar code they had put on the bottom of the package.I went to my bank and they refused to return my money because they said it was a legal company despite the documentation and proof I had that they were a scam. I told my doctor about this and he told me that due to my kidney transplant in 2001 and the medications I was on that Keto is not a pill or a diet I should be on because it is bad for my transplant. I am immunocompromised. I explained that in my letter to them as well. I am on disability and only make $1000 a month. I mistake ordered one bottle and they send me six! I am asking for a total refund at this time.

    I purchased the keto gummies and they didn't work. It said 100 percent guarantee your money back. I returned them . Didn't get a refund. Then they sent another order and charged my $239.99. I refused the order on 1-13-24. The company keeps telling me they haven't received it back yet. That can't be true.. Now since I have been complaining and wanting my money back they disconnect the calls.

    This is a business that distributes diet supplements. I saw it on ********* It was supposed to be buy one get one free. So the way I read it I was buying 3 and getting 3 free. But when you place the order you think you are going to see the total for the sale but it doesnt show you that until the very end. When I saw what they charged me plus added 2 bottles of something that I didnt even order the total was ******. I said o my God this wasnt supposed to be this much. I immediately tried to cancel the order but it wouldnt let me. They sent me an email on the order so I sent an email to that company and told them to please cancel the order that I didnt have that kind of money to be spending on the product. They finally emailed me back the next day and said they understand that I want to cancel the order but it was Final Sale. But then they offered me half of my money back for the whole order. I read it to be ***** dollars but they charged me that amount per bottle then added 2 bottles of something that I didnt even order and charged ***** for them. And its a money back guarantee. I just want my money back but they made sure that you couldnt cancel the order.
