      I rarely leave reviews. But **** Signatures Homes has earned it. We have built 5 custom homes in our lifetime. So we know how complex and messy the process can be with so many steps and independent contractors. As other have said below, the process from start to finish with **** was smoother than anything we have ever experienced with any other builder. Every person we interacted with was competent and top notch. The entire business is run like a well oiled machine. You are not a number. They care about you as the customer. It is baked into their culture as EVERYONE treats you this way.We would build with them again with zero hesitation. We highly recommend them.

      So far so GREAT! **** contacts have all been Phenomenal -- helpful, courteous, prompt, responsive and overall fabulous to work with. The Construction Manager and Warranty Manager, your Closing and Pool Designers -- ALL fantastic. Closed recently, so lots more interaction to come I'm sure -- but so far so GREAT!FYI -- I also had a **** Home from *********, and this is the second one I've purchased. THANKS ****!

      We went searching for a new home and came across a **** Community. From the initial meeting with *** in the sales office, paperwork, financing, closing and final walk through took just a little over a month. They knew we were in a time crunch, and **** employees got it done for us. Our walk through inspector, *****, was awesome. He was finding things to be fixed that we weren't even catching. His attention to detail, professionalism and caring attitude is impeccable. **** and April with financing were great to work with as well. The only negative I can say about this part of the process is we felt we kept having to deal with multiple people and it became a little confusing. it would be helpful to have your file remain with one person instead of copying multiple people in emails to get questions asked. The construction of our home was well thought out and excellent quality. Any minor issues that have arrived have been taken care of quickly. Overall the experience was top notch and I would highly recommend ******************Thank you,**** & *** N

      After we moved in our pavers in lanai turned black, some mold developed despite of cleaning it regularly. Neal builder came up with the option that they need to find the root cause of this issue. This was one year ago, they are still working on it….nothing has been done yet. I do have a long list with open warranty items waiting for Neal community to get them fixed. Very disappointed!

      We had a great experience building our **** home. Our construction managers - *** and *** - were fantastic. They were great about answering questions and keeping us updated along the way. My only complaint was their use of Guardian for the smart home. The equipment that are installed basically force us to use Guardian. We are changing the equipment to use a different provider. Guardian has been pushy and difficult to work with.

      I can't say enough about this community and the entire staff! From the moment I walked into the Showroom, I was greeted with an aura of "I wanna be here!" My first love was the architecture - much different than the boxy competitors, yet a very warm weather elegance. After selecting a building lot, the process was timed acurately for visiting the design center and starting my own home from scratch, without combing store after store - Everything was there, or my choice to select elwhere was available. Then came the construction which went up on time, with inspections at each level and answers for any questions I had. I always felt in the loop and they listened to my thoughts. Following the contract I signed, all *** wanted to meet my expectations. This is not my first home build, but using **** will most likely be my last. To top it all off, my son-in-law is a luxury home builder in another state and he was impressed with how this business process was handled any time I reached out to him for guidance. Finally, the financial closing for my home - It was a breeze using ****** signature people. Not a single question (and some were obvious) was left unansewered in a timely manner. Am I pleased ? You bet I am!!

      Overall, my family has been very satisfied with our home buying process with ****. This is the 1st home we have ever purchased with **** and we can confidently say we are happy and for confidant with the home home construction and buying process. We cant thank **** ******* and our Realtor ***** ***** for getting this deal done and through the finish line. If you want a beautiful home that is well constructed beautiful all the way around then **** is for you!
