      I could not be happier with my experience with Neal Communities. The main reason for my rating was due to the team that I worked with, especially my construction manager, ***** *******. ***** kept me closely informed throughout the process, and skillfully handled the day-to-day issues that come up on a large project. I consider myself fortunate for having had him oversee the construction of my home.The customer service of the entire team has been outstanding since the beginning of the project. They have promptly addressed issues as they came up, and have gone out of their way to make sure were satisfied.If you were considering a builder for your next home, I would strongly endorse Neal Communities as your choice for a premier builder.

      This is my second Windward Home and I have to say **** has definitely improved their service 100%! ***** and **** are both amazing with trying to accommodate any warranty issues there might be upon moving in ( which were very few and minor), *******, my sales *** was also great with helping me in making the purchase as well as ***** et al were very helpful with financing. All in all, a great experience!

      We love our Neal home. This is the second one we have purchased in southwest Florida. We have had a good experience with this builder in all departments. From sales, to design, to construction, and customer care, to closing, they all were extremely personable and helpful. We feel the quality and finish work is some of the best in the area. I come from a long list of architects, general contractors, construction workers, etc. in my family, so maybe I have a little bit more tolerance when things don't go exactly right. We had a few delays; our construction manager left when our home was approximately 3/4 finished and a new person came on, who as young and green as he was, did an awesome job. We had a delay with our electric meter, which isn't the fault of the builder. (FPL had an issue keeping up after the three hurricanes our area suffered.) We had a construction truck back into our garage door, which of course damaged it. Neal now has a third-party inspection, which comes after their own inspection and the county inspections. Neal is given a time limit on items they have found and then the inspector has to sign off on all work completed before Neal's customer care department will issue any closing dates. This can become a little frustrating when a person is anxious to get into their new home, but all in all we felt it was worth the extra few weeks. We can't say anything about the warranty, we have only been in our new home two weeks, but so far so good. I would buy another Neal home again, but I think this is our last home purchase.

      Home buying process was decently simple and the home is well constructed. If you care about the structural quality of the home, then get a Neal Home or one built by one of their subsidiaries. Overall, pleased with my purchase!

      We are extremely happy with the purchase of our New single family home. We have had such great experiences with everyone we have come in contact with. from Sales to Service to the Financing process everyone has been extremely helpful. We love our new home .       My experience with **** Homes has been wonderful so far. The buying, closing and settling in process was seamless. **** homes builds quality homes and we couldn't be happier. My only request for future home site communities is a onsite restaurant with bar near the pool or ********** and grill. It's a nice way to feel like your on vacation all the time and meet people over food and drinks.
