    They installed a new electrical panel. It did not pass inspection City of Clearwater on 8/10/2022 because they did not also install the surge protector as required. I have called many times every day since 8/11/2022. they would not answer the phone nor would they return my voicemail. I have tried three different phone numbers. Non have produced results of any kind. I hope you can help.

    Condo a.c. stopped cooling 5Jun22. Being mechanical, I found the fan blower motor (Fasco B45267) seized.
    Performance tech came 6Jun22 and agreed motor seized but they quoted me on a different make//model motor for $1,320 plus $216 one-year repair plan. Paid $109 with my MC Card (****). Later, it occurred I had
    received no value from this company who could not even quote correctly on a simple repair. On 18Jun22 I met
    with Randy S****, Opns.Mgr in his office. He readily agreed with me, said he would process a $109 credit to
    my MC card immediately. Today is 7Aug22, and still no credit to my MC card. Numerous calls/ personnel and
    promises have been made. Even a 'dummy' credit invoice from them showing the credit refund but no money
    back to my MC card. They are very evasive and difficult to deal with. I have this case properly documented
    but need your assistance in getting closure with my deserved and agreed-on refund.
    So many notes, documents and details to upload. Will you try to resolve based on the above detail?

    Very pleased to report that the merchant named in this claim issued a refund of 109.00 to my MasterCard
    (****) on Tuesday 9Aug22. Your efforts in this case were instrumental in getting this case resolved quickly
    and I thank you for that.

    While I have no further business with this company, I hope this complaint will be displayed on your website
    along with (28) others to warn prospective customers of doing business with this member/company.
