I think they did a wonderful job on the install however it failed inspection in Pasco County and I spent three weeks calling and everyone keeps telling me they’re emailing somebody to resolve the issue so I can pass inspection and now my permit is getting ready to expire and I’ve still gotten no help to resolve this issue, which means I’m going to have to take it to the state of Florida and Pasco County code of compliance. To update they have come out and made the necessary repairs as required per Pasco County inspector and as I said, I am more than pleased with the job that they did. It was the lack of communication with customer service to get the issues resolved, but they have been resolved, and hopefully it passes inspection tomorrow, but I appreciate them reaching out and actually taking care of thingsReview fromIrma S

After showing up late to the appointment scheduled window of time (I took off from work to wait) 10am- 2pm, the technician Daryl, stated he needed to run a $240 diagnostic test that would be deducted from the bill for new hot water heater installation, to provide the estimate for installation. I purchased the hot water heater and new valves so that they would be identical to the set pictured below that I purchased 10 months prior. Simply stated the man was there to provide an estimate to replace an identical set of equipment that failed due to burned out elements from a main water line that broke on Duhme Rd while my heater was supplying hot water to the washing machine and dishwasher. On demand heaters that are running while heating water that have water supply abruptly stopped while heating burn out. Daryl provided an estimate of $870 for the completion of installation labor and any additional parts or repairs required. The total agreed upon was $870- minus $240 deposit paid during the estimate= $630 balance due after new equipment (customer supplied heater and valves) satisfactorily installed and confirmed working as normal. After the $240 deposit Daryl required on Monday, Performance Plumbing Company of Largo, refuses to return my calls to schedule the installation. The receptionist, Abby, states ‘a plumbing manager will call to schedule the installation appointment’. The company also verifies that the customer owns their home before coming to appointments asking for deposits.Performance Air Conditioning, Electric, & Plumbing

I have been with Performance Air since right after COVID when they bought out Pinellas Comfort. I had no problem with Pinellas Comfort at all. They would call me to let me know I needed to schedule my mid-year ac maintenance visit and I never had a problem with their coming out in a timely fashion. Since the take-over, it appears it is now my responsibility to remember to call them to schedule. Since I've been with them, THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THE MID-YEAR CHECK-UP WHEN ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED. Last year's 2nd appointment in June was pushed back to August/September because apparently they had many customers with serious AC problems that needed attention. This time, I scheduled my 2nd appointment for June 2nd, in January and yet, received a call yesterday cancelling that appointment, stating they needed to reschedule me as their booking calendar was full. This is absolute garbage. Are they overbooking much like the airlines and then bumping people? Are they giving original customers from ******************** priority over the customers they acquired from ****************? Are the office people responsible for scheduling inept? Is the company too cheap to hire more technicians? How can a June calendar be filled up so far in advance? They are obviously not respecting the customers who have already scheduled. We purchased the Gold Membership plan for service from Precision. This included a yearly servicing and equipment inspection. We were scheduled for our yearly service in Dec., but prior to the date of service, we received a call saying they needed to reschedule UNTIL February. I told the representative I was worried about a problem happening if the system wasn't timely serviced. That's exactly what happened. Last night our air went out. When I called Precision, I was told someone would be out between 4p and 8p tomorrow. When I called this morning to see if it was possible for someone to come out sooner, not only was I told that no one was available to come out sooner, I was told no one would be coming out today either. They would be out tomorrow. They didn't indicate when. The failure to come out in Dec. constituted a breach out their service contract with me. You'd think they'd want to make it right by making us a priority (especially since the plan we purchased specifically states that it includes "priority service"), but they just don't seem to care. I received a call from the Operations Manager who was very apologetic, acknowledged their shortcomings, noted changes that would be made because of our experience, and took care of our account. While we certainly were frustrated by how things had transpired, the company responded well and in a very responsive, appropriate fashion and ultimately, gave us enough comfort that we renewed our service agreement with them.Review fromO. This company is a pain and unprofessional in their business. They turned down complaints and calls for months. They have no respect to customers' concerns. I had issues with a newly installed AC they tried to fix and promised to work something out. Nothing was accomplished, have done some adjustment to issues they didn't install correctly in the first place (device monitor outside out of stock - thermostat not updated - emergency mode on..- and they ignored the requests and complaints to accommodate the customers' inconvenience. I had a very bad experience with this company that now it's getting to legal action level, we called out this company to check the ** in our house, they asked to change the thermostat and they asked to pay in advance $700, still the ** didn't work, the technician refused to do any extra work and just left the property after collecting the money, we called the office and explained to them that this is not right, but no response, we ended up calling another company and changed the entire unit for thousands of dollars, I kept calling the office asking for **** the manager and asking to refund me the money, the girls in the front desk every time they says he is not available, all of our attempts failed and now we are in process to hire an attorney that will cost us a lot of money which i don't mind to do just to teach this company a ****** on how to deal with their customersPerformance Air Conditioning, Electric, & Plumbing

8 years ago I called performance air they immediately came out gave me several options without any pressure. I ended up replacing a 22-year-old air conditioner. Also had some electrical work done at the same time. Today the technician came out just for a routine maintenance. He was prompt courteous and very thorough. He went over every item that he checked and gave me recommendations. I highly recommend them and have referred many people to performance Air.Performance Air Conditioning, Electric, & Plumbing
