      What an awful experience. First, Thuy ****** tells me my job will be finished in 2 weeks and it takes the better part of 6 weeks—2 and a half months after we signed a contract. He never contacted me, I always had to reach out to him. I had 9 delays of work or no-shows. I live 120 miles away. I would have wasted over 2,000 miles of travel had I had to be there for nothing. The outside work was shoddy, it didn’t match or meet and wasn’t up to code. Randy never returned to fix the gap in the interior roofline of the enclosed like he said he would. Joe came back for 45 minutes to fix the problem he should’ve gotten right to begin with…one week later! Thuy texted and threatened to take everything down and not do the inside work. When I went to respond, he called me and continued to chew me out! He was obviously stressed, asking me to calm down, which I already was, then he was stressing Me out! Later, he tells me he was having bad experiences with customers and apologized. That’s not how you do business, by scolding and threatening! Then Thuy asked for 80% of the payment up front, when our contract clearly stated payment was due when work is completed. The inside job took 5 days, not one or two as Thuy said. John even left early one day to go back and finish another job while he was working on mine. Then, I had to remind Thuy that John left all his bags and debris behind! 5 days after the work was completed, Thuy finally asked for my payment, sending me the invoice. Just like his workers, I was more than happy to ‘delay’ his payment! Never again will I work with this company, nor will I ever recommend them to others!
