    On April 14, 2022 Pack and Load, INC of Largo Florida caused damages to my new construction home on both sides of my staircase/stairway. See pictures attached. I hired Pack and Load to move my furniture and boxes into my New Construction Home. Pack and Load damage both sides of my staircase/stairway before I could even live in the home. They caused huge structural damage on one side of the staircase/stairway and on the other side Pack and Load also caused damages to the paint and drywall. I submitted my claim in a timely manner. I emailed Pack and Load of Largo Florida serval times and still til this date have not received a response. I called Pack and Load of Largo Florida 8 times, left messages 6 times and they have failed to return my phone. Once they receive my payment of over $635.00 they COMPLETELY ignored m e. The only correspondence have received from Pack and Load, Inc of Largo Florida is the claim form. In which they only offered my $25.00 to repair the serve damages their company caused to my New Construction Home. I have left them several messages informing them that $25.00 is not acceptable, I also mailed them the correspondence back stating I was not in agreement with the $25.00 offer and that I needed to discuss further. Absolutely NO response from Pack and Load Services, Inc of Largo, Florida XXX-XXX-XXXX.
    Please assist me in solving this matter and this poor customer service and poor communication from a Business register with the BBB. I am seeking more dollar amount to repair the damages Pack and Load Services, Inc of Largo Florida caused to my NEW construction home! Thanks

    In all due respect to Mr. *******, we did not ignore him. If that was the case, then we would have never sent out a claims package to him. Mr. ******* agreed to our claims policy prior to the move and his settlement was based upon this policy. Our offer remains.

    The company did not address the request for increased monetary of more than $25.00 to repair both sides of my new construction home in the stairways that they caused. That $25.00 offer is an insult to me as a customer that valued Pack and Load as a responsible business. Obviously, Pack and Load doesn't care about their customers once they receive payment of services.
    And I have a phone log and several emails I sent to Pack and Load after I received the claim forms suggested pay out amount , in which I still til this day I have NOT-received a response from Pack and Load.
