    I was told in the so called recorded line the quote to come out and check in the 2 problems I was having would be free. At no point during any of the multiple calls I had with them was I told about a hidden fee or any other fee period. Yet they came out and told me a quote and charged me over $200. Them later on I was told they don’t do a certain type of work yet during the initial call, I told them exactly what problem I was having and never was once again told they don’t handle that. Then I get the quote and it’s not on there. Then we call to ask why and they magically send a new quote with it on there. Make up your mind. Do you or do you not do that type of work. Then several days later I called to try and find out when this magical refund was going to happen to only be told nothing was going to happen and they didn’t want my business.


    If every cam is recorded, have them send in each copy. That will 100% prove everything I was saying is correct. Heck. They couldn’t even get my email address correct. It just shows they didn’t listen to other things.

    They did a typical bait and switch to 2 veterans. Real nice of them. No telling how many others they have stolen from.

    Better Business Bureau:

    It is sad that a company would block someone from commenting on their websites and reviews for others, regardless of the outcome of our problem we have.  It goes to show a company with no moral values and to silence someone, they pay them off, which is what is happening to us. They could have gotten a service call out me and I would have been ok. Instead they issue a full refund to move on. 
    that being said, of course I accept the proposal. And I’ll never do business with them in any situation.
