Please consider using In Charge Electric, Inc. for all your home electrical needs. When my wife and I moved to Ocala 2-years ago, being from up north, we were not familiar with local contractors. A neighbor recommended In Charge Electric and I'm so happy with our multiple interactions with the staff. The technician ******************* that was assigned to our service call was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with my surge protector. He had a replacement on his truck and installed the new surge protector in under an hour. Everyone I spoke with at In Charge Electric especially ******************* (owner) was courteous and considerate of my situation even though my initial contact with the company was during the after hours on the weekend, everyone treated me as a long-time customer.In Charge Electric, Inc.

Awesome fast same day service!!***** was very professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable!! ***** did some trouble shooting found the issue and BZZZZZ power on!! I had checked all the breakers but ***** found the issue to be outside of the building. I was not at all sticker shocked when invoiced because I am a true believer in "you get what you pay for" and I am not paying $438 for the time ***** arrived, instead I happily paid $438 for the knowledge ***** has that allowed him to resolve the issue that I could not, lightning fast. 1 starTheir website states up front pricing of the job. Never stated it was $99 to come to the front door. He was there under an hour, and I had sticker shock at the fee. $214. That was for labor, no parts.
Won't use them again.
