    I order a FD12 semiautomatic 12 gauge shotgun on6/12/23 is now 10/6/23 I haven’t received it nor can get ahold of anyone they charged my account this place is a scam I don’t know how this a real company total crap

    I was super excited to turn my shockwave into a Gears of War looking display of badassery, I researched this product and was very impressed with everything I saw or read.
    I treated myself on my birthday and ordered the quad rail. It was in stock and ready according to the website. I even talked to 2 different reps on the phone who told me everything was ready to go.
    I ordered the item and was like a kid on Christmas morning waiting to see my present. I specifically wrote my order # in case of mix ups or anything being not up to par.
    It has now been almost a month and I still haven't received a confirmation email. I emailed a rep and he told me the item was now backordered and they were waiting for them to be anodized b4 they could ship. They were sending my order as soon as the item was ready and hopefully within a week or so.
    I understand the frustration of things being messed up between the ordering, packaging and shipping departments, but I also understand good business.
    Good business isn't I Take Your Money Right Now, and I Tell You When You Can Have Your Item When I Get Around To It.
    If the item isn't ready when ordered, DONT TAKE THE MONEY until it IS AVAILABLE.
    Seems to me like you take my 233$ and you send the order to someone that makes the item and charges you 50$.
    Why should a paying customer wait a month to even get a confirmation email?
    I have sent 3 more emails, and called 2 different contact #s and received no answer. You were answering immediately B4 you got my money, now that you have it, NOTHING.
    I absolutely LOATH bad reviews because life(****) happens, but this doesn't feel like an OOPS, this feels like BAD BUSINESS.
    I sincerely hope you prove me wrong, If so I am man enough to apologize.
    But this is ridiculous.
    If something changed, have the good business sense to call or email back. Ignoring customers just brings negative feedback. People might forgive more with real COMMUNICATION. So far I have received nothing but you taking my money. Thanks

    Seem to be a scam. I ordered four ten round magazines for my 12 guage on February 5 th, 2023. They charged my account right away but I still haven't gotten the magazines. A couple of weeks ago I sent them an email checking on the order and they failed to respond.

    Made an order a month ago on 11/18/22. They pulled the money, but we have gotten no emails with order number or order status. Have tried calling multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail. No call backs. Called again today. Still no pick up and no option to even leave a message now. We just want our money back at this time if we aren't going to get any responses.

    Ordered a tactical furniture kit for my Mossberg Shockwave on 10/31/22 at a cost of $233. It still has not been processed & shipped with only them stating via email that it will be delivered soon. It's been nearly a month for a simple in-stock product to even be processed. That's ridiculous! This will be my one and only order with these guys!

    They fixed my Bullpup and sent it back to my FFL dealer the problem was that they didn't send there FFL info with so my FFL deal can't process it back to me. They don't return phone calls they don't respond to emails its been a big headache.

    Our warehouse supervisor reached out next day, we did find the firearm was sent to the shop.
    Unfortunately, our RMA team member has been out due to illness.

    That being said the RMA team and warehouse team are working hand in hand to rectify the situation.
    Management is aware and will be assisting to ensure this is resolved in a timely manner.

    The shop has been contacted and sent the required paperwork sometime in the week of 8/8.
    We are going to verify with the shop that they do have the required paperwork, as well as including email documentation for all parties involved.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.
