      I have used Collis Roofing for many different properties when roof work was needed. I always get multiple bids and Collis Roofing is usually one of the lower bids. I find myself always choosing them from past experiences of great communication and quality of work. I highly recommend this company.

      Collis Roofing made serious installatiom mistakes on my roof and then refused to stand behind their work. They refused to correct their installation mistakes and even refused to give me a proper, accurate diagnosis of their installation mistakes and an accurate, proper estimate for repairs that had a proper, correct diagnosis on it. So, then, I had to pay another roofer to go behind them, and now, I have to pay another roofer to go behind them, again. Collis CANNOT handle laying the shingles straight and properly. They cannot handle not tearing the underlayment during installation. They CANNOT handle shingling and flashing around the chimney properly. They CANNOT handle installing bathroom vent properly and in proper location and cannot handle sealing around it properly. They could not handle sealing any of the vents properly. They didn't seal any of the vents. What a mess!!!! Collis Roofing has cost me THOUSANDS of dollars because of their poor workmanship. Then two dishonest, unethical, immoral office workers who would not even make sure the diagnosis was correct lied outright about why my roof was leaking. They have never been to my house. Also, they took 5 months between when their estimate guy came out and when they gave me the repair estimate. Then, the diagnosis on the repair estimate was not even correct and they refused to send anyone out who was more knowledgable to do a proper diagnosis. They did terrible work. Then, they refused to coreect their workmanship mistakes. Also, did a crew member steal me cat? They refuse to even answer that question. DO NOT HIRE COLLIS ROOFING!

      We can begin to see how bogus this review based on the statement regarding a stolen cat. Back in October 2022, we were requested to do an evaluation regarding a leak around the chimney. Upon review of the roof, we determined it was a simple repair and sent a proposal to the homeowner for them to agree for us to perform the repair, which we have still yet to hear back on. Collis was never given that opportunity to perform the repair to avoid the homeowner having to go through several roofers and still have an ongoing issue. Homeowners choose to look for services elsewhere.

      For a company that touts its "family-run business" credentials, Collis Roofing certainly does not treat its customers like family. Fish rots from the head with this organization as far as their warranty coverage. After their incompetent warranty department dragged out my legitimate warranty claim (for multiple shingles repeatedly blowing off our roof) for over 3 months, I appealed to the *** for help in getting the warranty process moving. Instead of an apology for the delays and horrible customer service, he told me the defective roof his company installed for our builder wasn't his problem and tried to charge me to honor the warranty specifications.

      Got my roof done with collis roofing,they claims they put 24 sheets of ply board on my roof when I only counted 7 because I was home at the time, I tried to let them know that what they’re telling me is not true but because I had already signed the contract I had to pay over $2000 or else they would put a lien on my house. I am advising everyone to be careful of Collis Roofing because they tried to cheat the customers.

      The company lies in their advertisement to address a problem quickly. One month to evaluate the problem and 2 months to repair. Meanwhile you have a roof that is leaking and damaging your interior. They don’t back up their product or workmanship.

      Your work order came in Friday 8/4 where you were advised of our call back and work timeline. We are in the middle or rainy season and are working diligently to handle all customer requests. You should be getting a call by the end of this week for scheduling for the evaluation and will present you with a resolution once our finds are reviewed by management.

      Had new roof installed in Feb. 2022. In June 2022 flat roof began to pull up. Had one gentleman come out from the company the same day and heated the portions that peeled up. That did not work. After repeated calls and emails to my salesman and anyone else that would listen, I got a general foreman to come out and asses the issue. To which he agreed, flat portion of the roof was lifting. This was October 2022. Again after repeated emails and calls to my salesman and anyone else who would listen, nothing! Absolutely nothing! Mind you we have already gone through hurricane Ian. In Jan. 2023 finally got manager and rep from roof paper company out to asses the issue to which manager said it was a quick fix. After several more calls Collis came out 02/24/2023. Almost a year after the installation. They put patches on my brand new roof! They did not fix the entire issue, which was the roof paper pulling up from the roof. It was unacceptable! Not on a brand new roof. They said they would fix it. Till this day I’m still waiting. This roofing company will take your money, no problem but when it comes time to fix any of your issues, they disappear.

      They dont answer our calls in regard the estimate they sent to us. I requested 3 times over the phone and 4 times on email. They never call us back

      Collis Roofing is excellent! Starting with Matthew ****** who gave us our quote and helped us every step of the way!! Will ****** and his crew along with Joe the superintendent did a phenomenal job and getting our roof done in two days. We are very pleased and so glad we picked Collis Roofing to re-roof our house! Collis Roofing did an outstanding job and I would recommend them highly!
