Storm damage had left my solar powered house leaking. HD Roofing and Solar consultants, ****** and ***********************, were very professional and courteous in their assessment of my situation. They were helpful in working with my insurance company from the beginning until the completion of the job. With damage both inside and out of my home, HD sent various crews working simultaneously to accomplish the removal and replacement of my solar system, the replacement of *******, and the repair/painting of interior areas within my home. These efforts required timely visits to my property. ***********************, consultant, went above and beyond in keeping me in the loop regarding the progress of such visits. The quality of work and materials provided by HD has been topnotch. I would recommend them to anyone needing help in the arena of services HD provides.

My experience with HD has been horrible. The only thing great about it has been the salesrep ***********************.Ive had several issues post my roof installation and after several times to fix the issues the issues still remain unresolved.Along with this, HD trying to bribe me by informing me to leave 5 star reviews instead of paying an invoice they sent that they couldnt fully understand. Spoke with my attorneys and for any company to divide any compensation or incentives within an insurance claim is illegal. Ive chosen to stand my ground and just pay the supposed amount I still owe even though they got $10,000 in additional funds for *******.As stated before the experience with my sales rep *********************** was great but HD itself as a company, terrible.HD Roofing & Solar, LLC

What a nightmare! Other than Stone, the rep, it has been a total cluster. Problem after problem with this company. We told the project manager at least 10 times that we do not have roof access... every single crew came over asking if we had a ladder tall enough or asking if they could go up our neighbors yard (townhouse). Supplies was supposed to be delivered a day before the project, they were replacing a full roof, it's a lot of material. They dropped it off one week early and we had no driveway or garage for a week(or so we thought one week only). Then the day of the project they had no ladder. They come back the next day and the crew could not get the material on the roof. They come back the next day and they don't have enough material. Almost a full month of no driveway / garage. Then the roof is "done" but there is now a new issue with it. The roof is finally fixed and completed, and I get a nasty gram in the mail that legal action will take place if I do not pay, and it shows they cashed my check already. Poor communication all around. Back office doesn't speak with the front, front office doesn't speak with the crew, crew is different everyday and has no clue what's going on, I expected a much smoother project with this company and I would tell everyone to find another company.HD Roofing & Solar, LLC

After we had storm damage to our roof, HD was instrumental with dealing with our insurance company and replacing our roof. We had several issues after the job was completed but HD sent out a crew to rectify. Our roof looks great.HD Roofing & Solar, LLC

5 starsThis is the first time that I’ve ever had to put on a new roof. I had no idea what I was doing. They communicated with me and they were there every step of the way. Especially Ottie Hoffman the Project Manager.He was very thorough when inspecting our roof that was damaged from the hurricane. He stayed very informed with us throughout the job. Three years ago, we believed HD Roofing was a great company to work for because of their excellent customer service and communication. However, like many companies, it appears HD is now a slave to the good ol’ American dollar. If you look at the reviews on their ******** page, you will see the positive reviews have suddenly declined!
Like other roofing companies, I believe HD is running the business model of: hire as many sales reps as possible and when they burn out, keep their commissions! Several commissions have been modified or just flat-out denied for any variety of reasons they can come up with. Be aware that your sales representative may end up working for you for free, so be kind!
To all existing customers: it seems negative reviews might get your job completed, even after the office/rep stops answering your calls. To future customers: just be aware that this company no longer cares about workmanship or customer service. They are about their bottom line only.Review fromGeeta R

I was introduced to CJ C*** from my insurance company.
I meet him on 3/17/23 my first visit with CJ was professional, educated and very experienced in his profession.
Start to finish he took care of all my needs and questions and I had a lot.
CJ represents his company with great value.
