  I reached out to HD a year ago for a roof repair. A sales rep named Ottie came out and recommended an insurance claim. He helped get it started and of course the insurance company low balled me. He then recommended a public adjuster that he got me in contact with. She was also very fast and helpful and the process was going well.
  
  Then Ottie stopped responding and so did the adjuster. I texted him every few weeks for an update and it would take him a few weeks to respond, when he even did. Most texts/calls simply went ignored. After months of a lack of communication, I called HD directly. They were confused about the situation and said they’d reach out to Ottie. He then responded to me letting me know he stopped working with them 3 months ago and recommended I look for another company because he lost faith in HDs ability.
  
  I called HD back and they didn’t even know he didn’t work there any longer. The lack of communication and apparently leadership in this company has led me to a situation where I’m now dealing with a public adjuster (per their recommendations) who also has pretty bad communication.
  
  How can you not know your sales rep quit three months ago?
  
  I was supposed to receive a call from upper management about the situation approximately a month ago. I was not the least bit surprised when I never received another call from them.
  
  I then left this same review on their facebook page and their customer service team asked for my info to “better assist me.” I left my name and city, but of course, yup you guessed it, they never called. I’ve never in my life dealt with someone with such poor communication.
  
  I assume at this point they’re either incompetent, or simply don’t care. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I think people need to be aware before they get themselves in the same situation I’m in.

  HD roofing came to our home to assess damage after a storm, assisted in the evaluation, and reporting of our roof to insurance. They were in constant contact through the entire process of replacement. Although there were a few bumps in the road, overall, the process was smooth, quick and quality work.

  HD roofing work with me through my bankrupt insurance. From estimating the roof to repairs. Call the office for five times to get information no hesitation whatsoever. Professional from start to finish the crew who replaced my roof excellent job I like to think HD for being a company that stands behind their work. Thank you Roger *****

  Our sales person was Ottie *******. HD Roofing and Construction replaced a 17 year old roof on a rental home that was up for sale. He's very knowledgeable in construction and went above and beyond to fit this project in our short time frame, based on our projected closing date. The home was in contract at the time and Ottie and his team worked diligently to get all paperwork and installation completed within that time. We appreciate him coming back to the job site before the roof install took place to further investigate an area of water intrusion that was found upon an independent inspection. He took before and after pictures and assured us this issue would be corrected during the new roof install and the effected wood, would be replaced. Their team was neat and tidy and cleaned up the property well after the install was completed. Before the install, efforts were made to contact the immediate neighbors to keep them informed of the project timeline, and to provide contact information had any issues arose. HD Construction was also able to use the materials required by the HOA, which was very limited by brand and color options. Ottie made sure those materials were available and in stock to fit our tight time line. I will continue to refer them to friends, family and colleagues. This was my first time using this company and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and care made in installing the roof. They also offer financing and will work with your insurance company for insurance related damages.

  HD Roofing provided outstanding service from start to finish replacing my roof. The crew was very detailed and organized. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. They did a great job removing my old roofing materials and installing the new materials. They were professional, courteous, friendly and did a perfect job of cleaning up debris after the job was over. Ty HD Roofing I highly recommend them.

  HD Roofing and construction did a wonderful five-star job on my roof. They finished it in a timely matter and they also took care of all my concerns. It was very stress-free. The cost was very reasonable also.

  Our roof hasn't had any work done to it since moving here over 20 years ago. When cleaning it off back in January a soft spot gave way and it was time to get it repaired. HD Roofing was very communitive throughout the process answering my questions and concerns and the work was done fast and well! Nice employees to speak to over the phone and in person. Happy with my new roof and no more collecting water in buckets every time it rains! Love the new shingle colors and sleeping soundly at night!
