  Do not use this Company under no circumstances….They will deceived you at the moment of the estimate….. After talking to you and getting the details of the type/description/furniture/stairs/location/ specific handle instructions, They tell you “ it’s going to take 5 five hours $500.00 and if necessary $100.00 per additional hour Then when you get to the destination they call you and tell you is $1,300.00 and of course once they have your furniture in their truck you are obligated to send the payment… I don’t know, but this is the way scammers work. If I knew the real amount from the beginning, maybe I would have chosen them or maybe not and would have chosen from other companies…. The truth is you feel very impotent when people scammed you….. On the other hand I have to praise the crew, they were very professional and had a great attitude… To bad they work for a Company that uses incorrect business practices… In good faith I want to alert other potential customers.

  INSTA Movers Florida *********************************************************************************** 1st, 2024 On this date, I needed to move items from a two bedroom apartment in ********************************************* to a local storage unit 13 miles away. Insta Movers were quite responsive (If not a little pushy) Unfortunately for me, I did not investigate the reviews and company very diligently.I don't do this often (In fact I have never filed a complaint about a company) but I was routinely brushed off by the business I was quoted $300.00-$400.00 for the total. I provided them with a breakdown of inventory and eliminated larger items from the move.I was promised a moving window of 1-3PM on May 1st I figured the quote would be off and it would be around $650-$700.00 They charged me $1208.00 (And since I am not a jerk, I tipped the hard working movers $100 cash)They showed up at 5PM to move me (Hours outside of their quoted arrival time Since items were going into storage - movers needed to be there by 9PM (Multiple items weren't taken and had to be put elsewhere, or thrown out)There was a truck fee for $125 not included in the original quote I personally had to move and get rid of 1000 LBS of items that I wanted the team to move to the dumpster, but they couldn't due to time constraints.They charged me a $38.00 CREDIT CARD processing fee? (Without telling me!) (I had cash on hand, but they wouldn't accept cash?)I went to check the storage unit and it was packed thoughtlessly. I need to go there and spend 3-4 hours reorganizing my space to my needs.I got an email reply basically saying "read the small print"So, here's hoping you do your research. If not completely ruling these guys OUT, then make sure you check the quotes, realize the hidden fees and don't get a final fee FOUR times what you're quoted.

  On March 15 th i hired insta movers to do a moving job based on rate of $109 an hour. I asked if there were any additional fees and I was told only $70 for the truck. The truck did not have a ramp and they charged me $1,000 over the cost to move a tool bench on wheels! Not only that, the movers damaged my staircase and my walls saying it happened ** the moving company should have sent 3 people to do this job. On March 16th I contacted support to file insurance claim on my walls, staircase and a ***************** hutch they damaged! If they do not want to refund I will be more than happy to take this to court...
