  I want to thank Morgan Exteriors for honoring their 10 year warranty. The office staff, especially *** and Mr. Morgan's son, ******* were a pleasure to work with. The 3 craftsman that completed the work, **************************** and ***** were extremely competent, displayed pride in their work and very ethical. ************

  I really don't know where to start. When he started with a presentation how how great the company is, that turn us off! You bring in 7 bags of samples when you already know I'm not going to go premium so you don't need 4 of those bags. We had a previous estimate that included doing floors also and Morgan's bid was thousands higher for just cabinets and countertops the salesperson was critical that the other person didn't know what he was doing etc.My husband said NO several times and each time the salesperson had to call his boss, 4 times in all, to see if we could get a better price. By the time the salesperson was done my husband and I was both upset and angry that a salesperson would come into our home and act like he did. It felt like when you go to buy a timeshare and they keep going to the boss to reduce the price.He could had reduced the price thousands of dollars and we wouldn't had bought from them!!

  I signed a contract with Morgan Exteriors on May 05, 2022, for compact windows. I was contacted by Morgan by phone that the estimated time for the windows to be installed would be Sept 29, 2022. Unfortunately, Hurricane *** made landfall. Although I have been concerned for the safety of the workers at Morgan, I have made phone calls and one email, but I have not heard from anyone about the situation regarding what will happen next. A 50% down payment was made so I am considerably concerned as to the outcome of this transaction while keeping the dire effects of the hurricane in mind.*****************************

  You guys are effing up people lives all over **. Good job on your scams??Please dont waste your time by replying to this by arguing the facts w your customers. it just makes you look worse and it proves the shi**y business you are. Cmon. Like people do this for fun just to f with you!?! I wasnt going to write this until I saw that some are still waiting for their house to get done a year and half later! Thee. Worst. Ever. Dont walk, RUN AWAY from this company. What theyre getting away with is criminal and just plain wrong. Job started July 19, 22 and materials are still in our driveway and the job still isnt done. First contractor who came caused our power box to fall off the house . We were without power for over 24 hours. Next ones sided over our attic vent and No one here since August 30 and its now 10/19/22. We have already began making the payments and have no idea whether theyll ever come back. The project manager doesnt communicate when I email him and never explains or apologizes for anything. No one within the company communicates with one another. I’ve nearly lost hope that it will get finished butI I dont want to deal with a lawyer. We just want the work that we agreed to purchase to get done correctly and in a timely fashion. Morgan obviously stopped caring about their valuable customers and took on far too many jobs as they are subcontracting out to workers who prob arent even licensed. The actual Morgans employees who did our door and windows were fast and just fine. Someone needs to tell them that when things arent going well you must explain and communicate with people, not avoid and ignore them. What a stressful regret this became. Just dont use them.

  Morgan Exteriors *** was the company we chose to install our Hurricane Impact windows in 2020. Having survived Hurricane *** and the windows were everything we were promised and our home is safe and sound. I highly recommend this company, they are professional, friendly to work with and install high quality impact windows and slider doors.

  Do not do ANYTHING with Morgan Exteriors out of Jacksonville as a contractor. We hired them to install new siding and remove rotten wood siding. We have had nothing but problems with them from day one. This project has been going on for over two months. We have no proof whether or not they actually removed the rotting wood before applying the new siding. They installed the siding OVER the vent from our dryer. This could cause a house fire. When they came out to "fix it", they didn't secure the outgoing vent in the wall causing it to blow into the interior of our wall. This could also cause a fire. They lied to us about our exterior plumbing. They cut holes in the protective covers to "fit" the handle and when we wanted it fixed to look more professional, they claimed the handle was non standard on homes. The contractor's suggested fix was to cut the handles shorter, which would leave a jagged edge to cut us and less lever to turn the handle comfortably. They left nail holes all over the house. Visually it looks awful. There's nine nails in one end of a single board! We've spoken to the manufacturer of the siding boards and they said that was extreme and unnecessary. When we asked for the nail holes to be filled it, we were told "that's how it's supposed to look". There's large gaps in the siding. The contractor claims it's supposed to be that way despite it's inconsistency in application. The manufacturer said the siding should be "moderately touching" and that the siding does not need any room to expand or contract. They painted our garage door shut, in addition to the very sloppy paint job. I keep finding globs of paint left everywhere. They did not paint all the trim. We've had to have them out to fix the job multiple times The caulking job along the edges of the boards is uneven, visibly haphazard, and left large gaps. The contractor's attitude is "of course things are wrong, that's what the guarantee is for" instead of doing the job correctly the first time.

  Nice windows, very poor workmanship and does not complete the job on the contracted timeframe. Contract signed in beginning of January/21, in July/22 is still not finished.

  In despite of a nice presentation and promises to give you all you want, which is a lie, this company is not reliable, and the quality is way below the commercial standards in construction. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy!
  My house has 34 windows, and I want to replace all windows, the agreement was to replace the back Windows, then Sides and finally Front windows. My original contract was signed on May 2021, and my windows are not done as of 07/21/2022. But it is not the delay that is the worst part, we can deal with that, the QUALITY of the work is horrible, the windows are nice and work well, but, how would you like a gap of 1 inch which the caulk could not cover, how would like a caulk that is not even white, how would you like over an inch of this yellow cheap caulk 1.5 inches on your wall and 1.5 inches on the windows frame. I am positive you would not be happy. But, when ****** Company wants to receive their money, they threaten you with a lawsuit, because they are a $ 75,000,000.00 company and they can afford a lawyer.
  All the times I asked to fix something before I issued a payment, it took WEEKS to get resolved, and once they send someone, it was an illegal immigrant that did not even know how to hold a caulk gum.
  Well, I have recordings and pictures from what I am expressing. Kirk M. should have a close eye in their offices because the office in Jacksonville is in complete disarray, managed by Will, which is just talk and no action.
  I just want to get my problems resolved and unfortunately, I feel impotent to do that!
