  2 days agoNEW-Edit Awful! Don’t waste your time or money!!!! Met a representative at Ecofest at MOSI so mistakenly thought they may be reputable…WRONG?? After a 2 hour sales pitch…. Ugh, it was unbearable, rep even plugged in a sun lamp bulb and performed grade school class on Heat and read Letters out loud from the owner and supposedly satisfied customers. Beware!!. We asked for an estimate on 2 sliding glass doors & rep all replacement of one Small gable and days later, AFTER the 2 hour Sales call,which was the fake free estimate... Days after the torture, they wanted to come back & Talk more about how long they have been in business & how great & honest they were... All lies..proven Fake News & the price given was OVER 19 THOUSAND Dollars, when I requested the 19k plus be itemized, I was told: I Don't know what you mean by itemized... I'm reporting Morgan to the BBB, as the rating they flaunt, is false or ripped off customers just didn't have the time to contact BBB or were too distressed from the Mafia type AMSCOT like sales aka Estimate apts of a minimum of 90 minutes, with no estimate provided, But they do want to TALK about THEIR financing... Remember Amway... Stay Away from Morgan & report them to appropriate authorities if you too have been taking advantage of! I just read your reply and it is FALSE! No ideas, or options were explained. You did not itemize, you did not state what your Installation fee is, you are not reputable! My family has been in business over 28 years, that does Not mean you are a good company, as you are not! Many formers customers agree. I have contacted you via phone, text and email to give you another chance and you haven’t proven to be dishonest

  One of the worse companies I’ve ever experienced and the woman who handles their customer service is by far the worse CSP I’ve ever experienced, and her professional language is so unique, (sarcasm ) to finish be careful of the entire company office down to sales; salesman said the screens r this memory form screen an office never heard of them, well news glad he’s demonstrating this screens upon his presentation. installers were fantastic an did what they were allowed to. So I give them 0 stars. Oh an I spent 16,000 dollars an the work should have been a simple job, but over a year to just finally being satisfied not happy an would NEVA call them for even a service call. But thanks to them most of the installers do work for me on the side. Btw I wrote a complaint last year an never received an answer. Good luck to whom ever becomes their next victims F rated company in my book ****** *****

  Kris E. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed .....NOT! Negative 5 stars. I can't believe these guys are still in business. Salesman (Bryan Petrich) on 3-25-21 made a point of saying that "our guys are our guys". That is a lie. They hire sub-contractors. He also failed to mention the $20. "Processing fee" and that there was a 7 day cancellation option as I would have taken it at that time. On 6-16-21 Sarah Foster called to inform me that the order would be ready on 7-27-21. On 6-28-21 she called again to inform me that it was now 8-13-21. On 9-29-21 she called to say "the distributer provided inaccurate information and the order had been received that day. Kylie was to call me with and installation date. SHE NEVER CALLED! I then called on or about 10-15-21 and finally got hold of someone who scheduled an install date for 12-6-21. Two months wasted!! On 12-3-21 the sub-contractors arrived (not your guys) who installed 3 windows but were missing the following: a balancer kit, two screens and the front bronze trim for the front window!! a Rep from Morgan came out to assure me it would be " a few weeks" to resolve the situation. IT WAS'NT. On 2-28-22 the sub-contractors installed the screens but had the wrong balancer. There was a rep from Morgan with him who had no answer as to why this happened. Again, no outside trim. On 5-27-22 another attempt was made to install the balance. It was the wrong type again!! Finally, on 8-3-22 the correct balancer was installed but no outside trim. After two calls from me the trim was finally installed on 8-26-22. What should have been completed on 12-6-21 took an additional 9 months to be resolved. The ongoing excuses of Covid, manufacturing issues and lack of communication are unacceptable. I don't expect you to uphold your satisfaction guarantee although some type of compensation would be nice. In conclusion I am reminded of the old saying which states, " A satisfied customer tells 3 people, a dissatisfied one tells 10."

  Windows were installed on Friday and Saturday by ******, who was on time and on the go from the moment he turned off his truck to when he cleaned up and left the second day. He knew his product and what he was doing, answered any questions easily and understandably, and worked VERY hard to accomplish the job in a timely manner. Since the first night, I have enjoyed opened windows and clear views during the day. The windows appear to be good quality and made well. I like that they can be opened in to be cleaned, screen can go up or down so either window can be opened and matched up with frame so no bugs can sneak in, and can be locked open a few inches so I can sleep knowing someone would have a harder time to get in with open windows. Office staff was always pleasant and put up with my questions. All in all, I would highly recommend this company.********

  I think that Morgan Exteriors is a very good company. This company sure knows how to satisfy their customers. We had the salesman come out to the house and he was able to tell us everything we needed to know and more about the windows we were interested in. He was very professional and made sure to explain all the details. We are anxiously waiting until April when our windows will be installed.

  After months of waiting we finally heard our slider was in stock. Scheduled an installation and found there was a damaged piece. Was told it was only trim so should be in stock in a couple of weeks. Waited weeks without a call. I tried calling a few times. After 6 weeks they said oh, that came in 2 weeks ago. ( No contact from them) New install date was scheduled then cancelled, third install date scheduled and cancelled again. Finally installers arrived. The package was incomplete. The installers sent for missing pieces and parts were delivered. WRONG parts. We were left with one handle ( holes were the second handle should be) and no stationary door stabilizers. We have had 4 nights of freeze with cold air blowing in and NO communication from Morgan Exteriors. They should not be in business

  We got a new patio glass door for our house, paid $15000.00 for it and it has been giving us problems after problems. We got it put in April 2022, it came in with a broken mesh door, as of today 01 Nov 22, it hasn't been replaced. Before I received the door we didn't experience one reptile problem. Now every time I wake up, I have to get a frog or a lizard out of my house, It's the Amazon wild life in my house! I will never have Morgan Exterior do my windows again. I give them a 1 out of 10 for there work on my Patio. If want to get get a glass window in your house, choose someone else!!!!
