The office lied and provided false information to deny an office visit refund. They have gone out of their way to avoid a $25 refund. The doctor ensured they saw me and wrote me a prescription so they could ensure they didnt have to refund me. Avoid this place at all costs as they do not offer any customer service.

My brother went to the advanced dermatology and ********, and there was a problem with billing. He Had no active insurance, even though the website said his insurance was active until the end of March. He was unaware it ended early. He went in for his last dermatology appointment. He gave him the card and he waited for 15 minutes and nobody said anything. He was only there for 30 minutes and then he ran his insurance before he got in and they said that he was being marked as a self-pay.Hes only 22 instead of treating him like he was any other patient. He was not treated professionally and they didnt. They were lazy with him not even an hour not even 45 minutes later charged him $500. Im trying to get them to waive this fee, the insurance said that it was OK that the fee was waived. The office is saying that it was OK that the fee was waived but nobody at the corporate office will allow it though The request was put through twice that they waive it a no charge. You know a lot of things happen especially these days. Things will go wrong and if you wanna place that is understanding, definitely dont go here they would rather force the situation on a 22 year old college student and expect him to pick up the pieces instead of running his insurance like a professional facility, they resort to blaming him for what they didnt check before his appointment . The charges for the appointment were $582. I got them to cut it in half and they said the insurance is the patients responsibility even though his insurance didnt tell him that they were canceling it midmonth and the website still says it was going to be canceled on the 31st These people are hungry and they are not philanthropist like their website says they dont have a care for people or society at all. I dont recommend this place after this experience and I already told all my family and all my friends do not come here.

I was given a skin biopsy on 1 Feb **** and was told it should take **** business days for the pathology. I asked the ** if I should worry about these next **** business days, and she said "yes". I called on business day 8 and they said, "you'll have it at the end of the week" then I called today, business day 12 and she said she would call the lab. I called in the morning and never heard back. It is now 16 days after my appointment and I have no idea if I have cancer.

I was recently seen at this Dermatology office, in Clermont, by a Nurse Practitioner. I had warts on my neck that I wanted removed. The Practitioner used nitrogen to remove the warts. At the time, I saw nothing wrong with this because I placed my trust in her. Now, I have scars, white blotches, on my neck from the procedure. I discussed this situation with another Doctor and he told me nitro should not be used on a person of my skin color (non-caucasin) due to scaring potential. He said the wart should have been cut off. I was highly upset about this situation and called the this office and left a message. I still have not received a phone call back. If I could give zero stars I would.
