      regret working with Precision Heating & Air. Despite my unit still being under warranty until August 2026, I’ve received no meaningful support after requesting emergency service on June 6, 2025, for a heat pump that fails to cool more than 10 degrees. I was shocked to learn a “do not service” flag was placed on my account—without explanation—after repeated follow-ups. Last year’s service was misdiagnosed, resulting in no lasting solution, and now I’m being ignored again during extreme heat. This company has shown a clear pattern of negligence, poor communication, and refusal to honor warranty obligations. I cannot recommend them and urge others to look elsewhere for HVAC service

      Excellent Experience with ME Flow. Called this am and they came the same day in the window promised, on a Sunday! Diarre ******, the technician was excellent. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it fast. ** is working again. Very happy customer.

      **** at plumbing, air and service provided excellent service took his time and finished up a job that was uncompleted the day before finally got my AC back on after three days thanks again

      I called Valley Heating and Cooling this morning because my air conditioner was not working. A tech came this afternoon and fixed the problem. He was polite, professional, and did a great job. I have always been pleased with Valley Heating and Cooling.

      James **** of Dial Duron was on time. He was friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. I couldn't have asked for better. James took care of the problem to my complete satisfaction. I would gladly use his services again.

      I've been a Dial Duran customer for quite some time. Always am provided great customer service and professionalism. Eric replaced my electrical panel today. He was awesome. Bryce was awesome too. Very efficient, devoted to do the work correctly ??????????
