      I had a backup in my kitchen sink this morning. M E Flow had a technician here earlier than originally scheduled. My technician Mike ****** got right to the problem and got the blockage opened, and took photos of the job, finishing off with a perfect cleaning of my kitchen.

      Their technicians may be OK but their scheduling, staffing, and customer service are the worst. Had their HVAC maintenance services for 2.5 years. Over that period they never once kept an appointment. Reschedules and totally missed appointments are the norm. Once for an electrical inspection (included in the annual fee) they blew off the appointment and when the tech came the next day he said, “Oh, I was just at your neighbor’s across the street yesterday.” It got so bad, the manager said she would oversee the appointments. We sent her a calendar reminder. A month later, when they missed the appointment, she simply said she hadn’t looked at her calendar. Now, 18 months later, they are harassing me: 13 calls in less than 2 months. We told them to stop and they still call.

      Once again, Advanced Air did a great job. Whether good news or bad news, they'll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. I respect them a lot.
