      Alert Patrol Inc. and its principal, **** *****, was hired by my organization in December 2023 to provide outdoor overnight uniformed security services with a marked patrol car in the parking area for a designated period of several days. Alert Patrol Inc. sent a security guard out of uniform and in a private passenger vehicle with no security markings. This security guard arrived 2.5 hours late over the course of two days (12/4-5, 2023). The second day the guard wore a uniform pursuant to my complaint to Alert Patrol Inc. but still arrived in a passenger vehicle despite promises that it would present as a marked security vehicle. **** ***** was alerted to this issue in real-time while I remained on the grounds of our site waiting to show the security guard the perimeter of the space and where to patrol. This is how I knew how late the security guard was on day 1. On day 2, I waited again to check for consistency (i.e. uniform, marked car and timeliness) and found they were late again and out of compliance with some of the vehicle being a marked car. The total of time was 2.5 hours late. I asked Alert Patrol Inc. for a refund in December 2024 and then throughout the months of early 2024. **** ***** asked for my account information to make a reimbursement in February 2024 and then never fulfilled that promise as of this complaint filing. Furthermore, in late December 2023 (on the morning of Christmas eve), I received a phone call from the subcontractor hired by Alert Patrol Inc. threatening legal action due to non-payment. They indicated calls throughout the month of December to Alert Patrol Inc. were not returned and will include myself in legal action. I had to hire an attorney to reach out to Alert Patrol Inc. to find out what was going on because Alert Patrol Inc. and Jarn Gibss number were unresponsive to my communications.This sub-contractor was ************************ with its principal being ***** *. and can verify the nature of this complaint.
