  Alert Patrol Sub-contracted ** in ********** back in June of 2023. Our company provided the services that were needed and requested as per the contractual agreement. The job required our Guards to protect occupants of an apartment building. After numerous threats from drug addicts, street thugs and occupants of the building directed toward our Security measures we cancelled the contract for our own protection. Since it was an unarmed detail we could no longer provide coverage due to putting our own safety in jeopardy. Alert Patrol has owed us $1600 for the four days of work performed and since has never reimbursed us. I have talked to numerous individuals in the Company and they all said we would eventually receive it. Today (1-25-2024) an individual I spoke to threatened to not pay us for lack of performance; even going so far as to say my Guard was doing drugs on the site during duty. My Company has never been relieved from a contract for poor performance or any other reasons. This Company is extremely sketchy to say the least, and does not meet their obligations to pay according to there contract. They should be investigated by the Attorney General of there state. We are a disabled veteran disadvantaged business located in ******** and all our Guards are disabled veterans. Please don't due any business with them as they have a history of s******* sub-contractors like us.

  ***************************, ********* **.Our company was subcontracted to provide services for Alert Patrol Inc., and upon successfully completing the work, we anticipated compensation as stipulated in our agreement. Unfortunately, despite our diligent efforts and the fulfillment of our contractual obligations, we never received the agreed-upon payment.In an attempt to recover the outstanding funds, we engaged a third-party collection agency to handle the matter. Regrettably, these efforts have proven unsuccessful, resulting in a significant financial loss for our company, amounting to over $18,000 in revenue. We have reported our concerns to the ******* ********** of *********** and Attorney General for further review. It is with great concern and a sense of responsibility that I share this information. Our experience with Alert Patrol Inc. raises questions regarding their commitment to honoring contractual obligations and their payment history with subcontractors. It is essential for anyone considering business engagements with Alert Patrol Inc. to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence. Alert Patrol Inc. still has yet to contact us regarding this issue and has made no effort to agree upon a settlement. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

  My Company was sub-contracted by alert patrol. Our company provided the service that was needed and requested. The company that I provided the service for was happy with the service. So much so that I worked for them again 3 weeks later for another 2 weeks. They hired a different company other than Alert Patrol. As you can see the HR department of this company quickly picked up that this is a very unprofessional company that they hired and hired a different company that subcontracted me for the following 2 weeks. Alert Patrol was then paid in full for my services that I provided. Alert Patrol now has taken the funds and run off with them. They don't answer the phone. You can leave messages but, don't return them. Nobody from any of they're extensions will answer or return calls. Alert Patol is a disgrace to the industry. I would advise you stay far away from them. I'm starting the process to take legal action against them now.

  Company promotes false nationwide advertisement. Company subcontracts without the Clients knowledge. Company work on sites in many states without proper licensing. Company hires unaccredited security guards just to keep a site. Company steals wages from employees and owes many companies whom have subpoenaed Alert Patrol to court its all public records and thats ONLY the companies that were successful in serving ******************* the **** There is no HR or dispatch in place and has been so on and off for years.

  Horrible. I was and still am, in need of a mobile security patrol in my neighborhood. This company claims to be nationwide. When you first call in, they take down a lot of personal information. I called over two weeks ago. When you call in, it appears they have two older ladies that work from home to take your information. They will inform you; you will receive an email to let you know the rates.That did not happen. I must have called at least four times, two, never getting through. One of the times I called in, they said, they did not have my address. At this point, I wonder if this business is legitimate. I now wonder if I have to worry about giving out my information to a company that said they would respond and have not. They could have reached out to tell me they have no one available, they did not.

  Considering the nature of your request, as well as the information you provided, you had already reached out to 'other agencies' that were better suited to assist you and they were not able to help, so I am not sure what API could have assisted with.
