    Property Solutions came to my home on 4/30/202 and sold me a new roof $12,750 this included the cost of Permit Materials and Labor. This was financed by Good Leap for $56,675 at ****% rate with included solar panels. They contacted with Moden Solar Concepts to install the solar panels which have yet to be installed because they never pulled permits which is illegal. Now I am responsible for paying a monthly payment to Good Leap for $180.16 a month while still paying my ************* and Light Bill. This company is involved in illegal activity that hurts homeowners. Please report this company for illegal work. My account number with Good Leap is #**********. I **** like for my Solar Panel system to be removed from ******* ASAP and credit my account since the system can not be turned own because no Permit from the ********************** was ever pulled. Please help to rectify this ASAP.M.C. Solar ************************************

    We understand *********************** frustration  with the installation of her solar system. Unfortunately, MC Solar, the company that Mrs. ********* contracted for the  installation of  the solar system has failed to deliver a functional system. Property Solutions did complete the installation of ************************** roof as originally agreed, 
    We have communicated to all clients that contracted with MC Solar to install their solar projects the situation with this company and the legal action that has been commenced to pressure MC ***** to deliver on their contractual agreement.
    We have also drafted an email for all customers affected by this situation to be sent to their finance company and the person in charge or of the relation with MC solar. The email is requesting freezing of their payments until MC Solar delivers on their contract. See attached email
    We will continue to assist clients affected by this situation the best way we can but our hands are tied as we can t not take over these projects and complete them as it is MC Solar, the contracted company.
    We have asked all clients affected by this to send those emails we provided to their finance company pressuring MC Solar to deliver on their contractual agreement. The more pressure placed on MC Soalr, the sooner a resolution can be provided.
