Property solutions promised to be done with my roof within 3 months. It took them 6 months. They charged an extra $ 750 because their labor miss counts the measurement and let me as customer pay for it. I asked clearly if it is not done who will pay the monthly payment for my finance? Property Solutions has got in contact that project will be done within 90 days. Now in the last 3 months I paid for the roof which is done. I put 5k as down payment, from paperwork i found they used as loan originator fee. Owner ***** wants all different ways to *** customers. During roof work, they changed one wood 6 foot by 2 foot without my permission and ask for 2500 dollars which cost 300 dollars. I had to hire an attorney to deal with it. I should not recommend anyone doing business with them. During installation they damaged my porch, and it was broken for 3 months and dame garage celling because they did not seal the roof. They fixed it but they are not professional. We failed city inspection 2 times, one time not having permit on property and one time no person from roofing company. We paid for Profession work but got Handy man job. DO NOT RECOMMAND ANYONE.

With all due respect, on the almost 20 years that we have been in business I yet have to find someone as challenging to work with as you have been.

It has always been our policy to treat every client of ours with the upmost respect, honesty and integrity even if that means revealing unforeseen issues with your project that *** cause additional costs to ensure the project is done right.

No one can predict with certainty unforeseen issues a roof *** have once it is torn down as it was the case with your project. This is clearly explained in our agreements.

It would have been irresponsible in our part not to report the structural damages we encountered and shared with you via pictures and video for you to approve the repairs.

Drawing on a medical visit analogy, not that a roof is as critical as ones health, it would be irresponsible for a doctor not to report an unexpected finding that would require a specific solution to avoid health problems in the future.

In regard to your garage leak, you failed to mentioned that it was truly caused by the window seals on the windows you have above your garage roof which we brought to your attention which by the way need to be repaired as that is completely separate from your roof project.

You also failed to mention that we still went ahead and repaired your garage ceiling free of charge as a sign of good faith.

In reference to your screened back pool area, you are right,we did damage one of the screens however you demanded we changed all the other ones that were already damaged for no other reason than you wanting to take advantage of the situation.

In regard to delays on your project, as it was explained multiple times, the construction industry in general, especially the roofing industry,is still suffering from supply chain delays on obtaining materials which delay projects this in addition to the different cities, specially yours, in approving building permits and scheduling inspections.

From the countless emails and calls you made to our office complaining about every possible thing from not finishing your job at the speed you wanted, damages that were already existing,  not liking the color of the tile you had chosen to your understanding of how a roof is to properly be replaced, it was impossible to deliver, at a minimum,  a pleasant experience on your project.

Using excuses and raising false accusations and threats of writing negative reviews about our company unless we gave you a discount clearly revealed your intention of not wanting to pay for work that was honestly and professionally executed. This behavior not only reveals your character but the type of human being you are.

We sincerely want to deliver the best possible experience humanly possible with all our projects. With that in mind we have proven processes in place to execute and inform our clients through every state of our projects.

It is in very rare occasions when we find people like yourself that make this goal impossible to achieve.

When you do the right thing, you get the feeling of peace and serenity associated with it. Do it again and again!

I will avail ourselves from a mechanics lien to collect on the money that is rightfully owed to us.

I wish you the best to you and your family
