      I have now had to talk to the customer service person to get my minutes applied that I was charged for. My other issue is that the customer service persons are NOT native English speakers so I have trouble understanding them.

      Absolutely nearly impossible to have anything resolved w/this company. Use to be decent. Not anymore. I have been on the phone and online approximately 30 times trying to resolve issues. Nobody is trained or they're not really working for page plus or they'll transfer you to someone else who is not trained or limited English... it's all a hamster wheel of incompetence. Somehow got bumped off automatic renewal plan. Called so many times to get put back on and got billed twice for December as a result. Called numerous times for a credit (because I got billed twice!!!), still waiting for credit. Every time I call, it's the same runaround, "the credit will take 30 days." It's mind blowing that a company can operate and be this awful. This company, I have come to decide, is not worth the aggravation. Currently looking to change service to Cricket. Low prices, brick and mortar, and trained customer service willing to help. ********************** will not last. Horrendous. Hey! Whatever human being is in charge and capable of helping customers from Page Plus, ISSUE MY CREDIT. ***

      This company is unAmerican! The service itself is mediocre at best. When calling to reactivate my service and set up autopay, I spoke to a barely understandable foreign person who was unable to answer the simplest of questions. Once payment had been made, this person babbled their spiel in record time and my ears were able to decipher the phrase additional $14.95 per month. Yes, they planned to charge me $15 per month in addition to my service fee for the privilege of having money taken out of my account automatically. Cancelled the autopay immediately & was assured that it WAS cancelled, but were told to call back in 30 days to request a refund for the transaction that was just processed. When calling for refund and following endless voice prompts, were told to hold while call was transferred to refund center. They disconnected the call. Started from scratch 3 TIMES!! Same result. These people are crooks!

      Bad phone company customer support. Served a subpoena to them and they will not answer. So if they wont be law abiding when image how they would treat you as a customer.

      MSM went down 2 days ago. Per company, no date to resolve issue. There are too many other options at same or better price point to continue with a company where customer support and problem resolution are sorely lacking.

      Cancelled service (after many of the issues other people have stated). They kept charging me. Called and asked them to make sure my service was cancelled and to stop charging meand they said they werent, and that as soon as my phone was transferred to a new number, it had cancelled my service. Got a refund for 2 months of charges. Confirmed service was cancelled. Then got a third charge. Had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. Choose literally anyone else for your cell service.

      I called to have my phone unlocked. The people I spoke to told me I had to complete 1 year of service to get my phone unlocked or pay #***-00 I asked how much longer i had to complete my activation. They said I year. I was confused about that because I know I have had it for more than 6 months. Really i have used them twice with an interruption. 2 different no.The people you are allowed to speak to are very rude. I had Famul badge no ****** and ****** ***** crazy same badge no 2 different people's names.I asked to speak to a supervisor so I can just pay for the time I had left on a year contract that I didn't know I had. I was told that they have no number for supervisors because they are not allowed to call them.So I call back and so I can try to talk to someone else. The persons I had spoken with previously was very rude and seemed like they didn't want to talk to me.So the next person I talked to said she couldn't find my account that I gave her the wrong passcode that I had just used several times. So, she asked me about 5 questions and then asked what I was calling about. Her name is ******** her no. is ******. I told her I wanted to talk to someone about the time I already had used and that I would pay for my unused part of the year. She said she can't see that, and I need to talk to the unlock ***** I asked her can I speak with a supervisor or someone that can help me with this information so I can have that info. She said no and that she was a supervisor. I asked her to speak to anyone that could help me or if I could talk to one of her colleges maybe they could. That made her mad and she said she is trained the same as them and no.I don't know what to do. I did not know about the *** fee. I would gladly pay my part but to have to pay for a whole year for nothing is not right.Please help because this company is rude and have no desire to do the right thing.

      My PAGEPLUS ******** compatible) *** card has not worked for anything except SMS from its first use about six months ago. I spoke with a support person and we did a number of checks as well as using the sim card in another functioning phone with the exact-same results. Additionally, ******* signals on other phones in the house is always reliable, but this phone does not often find any signal from *******! My call was escalated to supervisor and further checks made and then escalated to the 'senior technical team'. That lady said that the problem is related to some issues on the PagePlus system and that she would have resets made. She also agreed that I should be reimbursed my payments made since August as the phone could not be made for calls ever; she said also that, when the resets at PagePlus were done, in up to two hours or so, that she (or a colleague) would call back on my US cell *************), and they would ask me to boot up the phone and run through a check to make sure I had a signal (and can make calls). Nothing happened in 24 hours. So, I called in and spoke at length to the junior support. They had no notes as all are with the senior team. More time was spent but he says that the problem is likely also the *** Card itself and that he would get me a new PagePlus ******* *** Card, sent gratis, as it has never worked for call use since new. He routed me to speak to a supervisor regarding the repayments (for having NO CALL SERVICE due to PagePlus settings failure), but the lines were busy and my call was dropped by the system Not a happy situation. I have no email regarding the replacement (gratis) replacement *** and nothing from the senior technical team about the PagePlus settings reset on their servers and nothing about the reimbursement of charges (since day #1 with no calls being made) due to these failures.I wrote to TracFone (0wners of PagePlus) six weeks ago and had no response.

      We did not have any issues with their service or billing for many years. We were on an auto-draw payment so we never had to interact with them after initial setup. This past month, we needed to move away from their service and the process was unbelievable. They were rude, evasive and unprofessional. We were "disconnected" many times. They would not release information to us even after extensive verification. Phones are lost and stolen every day and yet multiple representatives acted as if they did not have a process or procedure to assist their customers that have these unfortunate circumstances. I question the ethics and practices here as they seem to do everything possible to hold your number under their service. Avoid doing business with them!
