      Worst cell phone company. They teamed up with ******* and decided to mess up the service of countless customers. They strung me along and like other reviewers on here, had me doing hours of troubleshooting over a period of 2 months and every single person I talked to gave me a different explanation of the problem (all LYING and talking out of their A$$). I had no service throughout this entire time. They even had me buy another sim card to see if that might work but I didn't receive it so I had to order another one and they refused to refund me the price of the first sim card. After calling customer service and being played with over two months, I was told to find a different carrier because I would never get service with them after their IDIOTIC service update, so I did. The customer service rep ******* specifically told me to switch my service and port my number to my new company so I don't lose it, then to call PagePlus back to be refunded the $19 I still had on my balance. I called customer service today and talked to ******* to be refunded the $19 I still had in my account and SHE REFUSED TO ISSUE ME THE REFUND. She just kept repeating like a robot that she can't issue me my refund because I don't have a number with them (remember, I had been told to port my number out before being refunded the $19 so I wouldn't lose my number). She also REFUSED to transfer me to a supervisor, just like another reviewer on here mentioned. They probably told her to refuse refunds to all customers so this lying, fraud committing company can just STEAL CUSTOMERS MONEY. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY EVEN ONE CENT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. All they do is LIE to customers and STEAL YOUR MONEY and provide no service.

      PagePlus Wireless is a trouble service to have. Their employees barely speak English and they are rude. They hung up the phone on me twice after withdrawing money from my account and told me they could not transfer my call to a supervisor or manager. Horrible customer service. Need to be closed down.

      Such a terrible experience. We tried switching at a dealer store in person, and dealing with that company, and this provider has been the worst experience I've had with any company. They don't have any record of my number being attempted to switch to their service, but the *** was activated, so I was charged and couldn't get a refund for it. My mom's phone could never make or receive calls, and then she couldn't text after 2 hours. 16 hours after she originally attempted to switch, and 3+ hours of being on the phone with Customer and ***************** (using other people's phones, because ours didn't work), she got a text saying her account had insufficient funds and she would need to refill her balance to get her phone up again. Nobody can figure out why her prepaid service shut off after less than a day, the store isn't giving us a refund because they said it's Page Plus's problem, nobody at Page Plus can actually do anything to help or make it right. I keep asking to speak the agents supervisors or managers, and nobody obliges, or they say they are the supervisor, but won't let me speak to their boss. My blood is boiling at the scam that this company and the store successfully pulled on us, because we are stuck with that charge. It has been so infuriating.

      Attempt to change cell phone carrier from **** mobile to Page Plus. Both are monthly prepaid plans. Purchased a plan over the phone and paid for it , representative said phone number would port over in a " couple of hours" waited, phone number did not transfer and page Plus phone did not work. Called back page Plus, got different representative, gave them info they transferred to a " specialist" who said there was no record of payment. Said we needed to repay. When credit card bill came we saw we were charged twice one charge for each day we called about problem. Since the tried repeatedly to get extra charge refunded. Each time speak to new representative and explain all over again. With each call are told something different - will look into it, refund will come etc with no resolution. finally opened a dispute with credit card company and page Plus retaliated by suspending account

      I pay for my sister's cell phone bill and they double charged me. I called and talked to them a while back and they said they would refund me the extra charge. A while went by and I realized I never received the refund. I called back yesterday and the person was so ridiculously unhelpful. They just kept saying "The plan was already used". Yes, but you double charged me for it. "The plan was already used.. there's nothing I can do for you. Trash customer service and a total ripoff. I'll be looking into other providers for my sister.

      I switched to Page Plus in the early 2010s after ******* abandoned unlimited data plans for awhile. The service operated fine on auto refill, but whenever I had to change my credit card, it became clear that this company puts very little effort into streamlining the process for customers. Once in an auto refill plan, you cannot just go to the website and update your credit card. You either need to wait for the plan to run out or cancel the plan and set up a new one, neither of which the website handles very well. I got tired of this and let my plan lapse in July 2022 when my card expired. I then tried to get customer service to refill the plan for me so that I wouldn't have to deal with their terrible website. That was a disaster where poor English skills on the part of the customer service representative and possible lack of competence (evidenced by repeatedly running the incorrect card number) led me to decide to go back to *******. However when I attempted to port my number back to *******, Page Plus would not release the number because it was "inactive". I spent many frustrating minutes on the phone with ******* and Page Plus with Page insisting that I needed to buy another plan in order for them to be able to release the number. I got the sense from the ******* person that this is typical and unnecessary. They were just trying to get more money out of me. Stay away.

      I have been with this company for years and every month I have to call them to reset my data...why come on now common sense will tell you to reset the data when I pay my **** but..they be waiting on that payment and if you miss one minute from paying on this **** they will click you off before you can say don't you do it.so why l can't get the same respect.
